Great place! Easy storage and super helpful staff!

The staff was fun and professional – an important combination. We got a good 3-month deal. We'll save our lock for the next time we have off-site storage needs...

The only issues are with fellow customers but I can't find their Google review pages! 😄

Edited September 2nd to one star because the response to my concern has been disappointing. It is continually so dirty, definitely not a random one-day event. Its like this every time we are here. Added more photos and videos so you can see for yourself.

Lots of reviews say it's exceptionally clean but as someone who's been storing my things here for months, everything is dirty/dusty/covered in grime. Which isn't the worst because it's just a storage place, but also isn't ideal considering how often prices are raised on the units.

I included photos of the washroom, which is always super dirty, and often out of toilet paper or paper towel. I always try to avoid using it but sometimes have to, and it's not a good experience.

Again, not the end of the world; but not great considering how often prices are raised either.

I used to store at uhaul which had fewer price increases, and cleaner washrooms honestly

Only been here a short time. Great spot. Very clean and Jung, Chetan, Jervin and Cintya are all very helpful. I have rented several units from here. Great prices and great service.

I had my entire life stored in this facility, I've had a storage unit in various other facilities/locations in total for 14 years! I had my belongings at this location for a little over 2yrs. During that time I had to deal with immature office staff who were very rude and catty to me, so I tried to avoid the office as much as possible..despite my efforts for some reason there seemed to be an issue..the manager had changed multiple times regardless I always paid my bill and I kept to myself, however I do like to have regular access to my stuff...in the end September 2023 I came into the office to make payment, I was late for August but nevertheless I was questioned if I received a letter from head office..I did no, I was between places and did no reside at an address.. even though I was communicating via email so I was confused...they informed me my lease was being terminated...I was on a month to month basis...I asked why, response was rude and cold "that is a private matter" but it was MY UNIT...never got an answer to this day...I was forced to sign a piece of paper stating that I had received this letter otherwise I wasn't allowed to access my unit...against my better judgement I signed , figuring there's an issue, clearly I'm gonna move out just to avoid any problems...they had over charged me, I was paying and had insurance on the contents..fast forward to the end of September the same female that had been working in the office while my stuff was at this place, the same female who was very immature and rude towards me, I never knew her name, the one I tried my best to avoid...was there throughout this entire debocal...had called the police 3 times in a row the third time the 'officer' body checked me while I was jut about to lock up my uni and he quickly slammed one of the office locks on my unit...essentially locking me out of my everything, and was forced to leave the property...so confused and feeling very concerned at this point, on September 30 the day I was to remove my stuff...*I have this interaction recorded on video* the same girl and another employee refused to left me get my stuff out...they wouldn't even let me access my stuff at all...they told me I had to have a uhaul truck and take my stuff all in one shot...I dont have a license so that makes that very difficult when I'm not originally from here...so I find someone that could help me get a truck it ended up being on October 6th...I show up excited to finally get my stuff, the same 2 girls were working that day...the one laughed at me and told me "management decided to throw out your shit, they called 1800 got junk and it's gone"...I couldn't believe what I was hearing...I demanded they take me to my unit and prove it..it was true my stuff was not there...I called 1800gotjunk...they had no record of being at that location for any reason in the last 3 years..according to their records...so I lost everything I acquired during my 38 years of being alive...despite having had insurance I haven't been compensated for this I tried contacting head office even management and got nowhere this has been consuming me for almost 2 years now I don't know why this has happened all of the staff that worked there while my stuff was there NO LONGER work there....all of that staff are gone...I try to figure out what to do and I'm told someone will call me back..no one calls back...I guess my only option is to take it to small claims court...luckily I have all of my receipts, plenty of video evidence of what I had to go through..I just want my stuff..the things money can't replace the very reason I had a storage unit in the first place, to keep the things I cared about most, safe...I dont know if anyone else has ever experienced anything close to this(I sincerely hope not) but I am curious to know and Amy suggestions on what I should do..this has been an absolute nightmare, completely devastating to say the least..

I’m really happy with this storage place. The units are clean, safe, and easy to access. Palak was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. She answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this place if you need storage, thanks to her!😊

Facility seems nice, convenient, good loading docs, clean. However the sign up is archaic... having someone fill out hard copy paper work with their info, only to have the staff copy into the computer, then reprint it out for the customer verify and sign is not only inconvenient, but super wasteful. Time to digitize!

I had all my two bedroom belongings here for about 2 years and everything was same as when stored. The overall temperature controlled facility is modern and very well taken care of.

I've had multiple great experiences renting here. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating.They go above and beyond to work with my annual storage needs for our business and make like a bit easier. Thanks for all your help.

We pay for 24/7 access at this location. I was locked into their storage area after hours due to their antiquated and dysfunctional back-office systems. Had to take an Uber home, and back again as my vehicle was trapped behind their gate. No reply on the intercom, no out-of-hours number to call. Not to mention I was also wandering around their facility after hours and apparently nobody monitors their cameras or gate activity. The next day, I am told by the staff that I should not ‘hold my breath’ waiting for a refund of my Uber costs because the district manager would not care because I only had the parking spot for 8 months. In fact, it is actually much longer than that, but that’s another error on Public Storage’s part. Also, had to move out of a previous space because of a snow pile blocking access. They blamed my ‘choice’ to move spots as the reason for 24/7 access being removed. Their choice not mine.

This review could have been avoided by a simple ‘sorry, we messed up. We’ll refund your Uber costs and give you a free month on us’. Instead, met with indifference and obfuscation - and another form to compete - after completing it twice previously.

Note to district manager - empower your team to do the right thing and maybe show some leadership. Instead of clinging onto paper forms like it’s 1965, improve your back office operations. And don’t lock people into your facility.

I highly recommend this Public Storage facility in the entire KWC region. The staff, particularly Palak, has demonstrated exceptional customer service and has consistently exceeded expectations in providing assistance.

Found myself in a bind and needed a storage unit IMMEDIATELY - the team was fantastic, went out of their way to make a bad day good, and helped us get settled in quickly. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, their attitudes and customer service skills, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the security. Great accessibility as well! Thank you so much, team!!

I had a great experience at public storage yet again. Palak and Shiu were very accommodating as we moved our house into a 10x25 unit. Very smooth process to book and use the facilities. I highly recommend this place for new or tenured storage users.

It was the first time when I ordered storage. The Public Storage folks on 409 Weber are AWESOME! They showed me the place and helped a lot with this decision. They were friendly and open to help. Thank you for the great experience!

I needed help getting the right unit for my things. Faraz was a great help! He caught on quickly to my friend and I's sarcasm (funny) and played right along. This was to relieve the stress I was feeling. He explained things in a knowledgeable way. I'm grateful that I had him for the person to show us around! Over all great experience.

The staff were also very friendly and explained the loading process well to me. The building is also very clean and in a great location for a visit.

Outstanding customer service from Jamie! She helped identified our storage needs and timeframe, gave us a tour of the facility, explained all of the features and described what we would need to do on our first visit to gain access to our unit.

First time needing and using a storage locker. The staff at Public Storage were friendly and so nice to deal with. The facility was clean and exactly what I was looking for. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.

Happy that this place is clean, climate controlled, access controlled, and not too busy with other people any time I have been there (a dolly has always been available, except once I had to wait under 3 minutes).

Went in previously to reserve a climate controlled storage unit. Employees were professional, even though I was given wrong information in my first visit. The second employee went to show me what was and was not allowed, indicated what bills would look like in future and how they would be paid. Overall great experience. Came from Access Storage, as I wanted a unit to be billed monthly and not every 28 days.
