I've had my dog groomed here several times. Generally good service, but I don't know how anyone is supposed to get their dogs groomed with their new grooming hours. Tues, Wed, Thu 10-3? Sorry, but I'm not skipping work to get my dog groomed. You guys lost a previously satisfied customer because of this.

Do not use the grooming service at the 22 Bathurst location. The groomer lies and is only concerned with how much money she can make. She cancelled my appointment 1 hour prior to saying it takes too long to groom my dog and that she can groom 2 dogs in the amount of time it's take to groom my dog . If I wanted to book another appointment I would have to pay a handling charge. She couldn't even remember that she booked the time if the appointment. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars.

I contacted them inquiring about pet grooming services and haven't heard back from them for a few days so I decided to visit the store in person. The cashier was facing the door but was clearly too busy having a conversation with a dog owner while he was clipping the dog's nails did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. After having walked around the store 4 times waiting for service, still nothing. I approached the cash register twice only to be ignored until I walked out. Horrible customer service!

I enjoy going to the Bathurst location. I have received consistently friendly service and had enjoyable experiences with my pooch. Conveneience and location are prime for me; in my particular case, the cost of the brand of food we use (Acana) you cannot go wrong here and we made sure to do our research. It is a shame to read poor reviews about the staff because those I have dealt have been awesome; here's hoping one bad apple doesn't ruin the bunch.

Terrible service at the cashier. Way too overpriced items. And worst of all, this place does not care about the well being of your pets at all.

I was standing in line with my girlfriend holding a small puppy. My puppy was obviously scared and eager to go home. The guy in front of me had questions to ask so he kindly let me go first. But the asian girl cashier insisted to chat with him first and said "it's okay I will do the retail later". And then she just went on and yapped for a good 10 minutes leaving me holding my puppy shaking and scared in my arms. I knew she had no intention to stop, but I just can't understand why. So I dropped whatever I was going to buy and walked out of there.

I will never come back.
