EPIC AUTO GLASS

I contacted Paul from Epic on the recommendation of a manager at Unionville VW after a crack had formed in the windshield of my golf. He came out to do the work and was spot on time. The whole experience from start to finish has surpassed my expectations because Paul is that rare combination of highly competent and extremely personable. His pricing is fair and competitive, his service excellent and professional, and I came away feeling that I had found the "best" person for the job in the entire GTA! He patiently answered all my questions and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Best of all, my new windshield is perfect. I know it's tempting to go with the big guys for this but you won't be sorry you supported this local businessman who actually takes pride in a job well done.

I was shopping around for a glass replacement and I came across Epic Auto Glass and I called for a quote. The Paul answered and was very polite and patient with me being this was the first time I evered needed to get glass replacement. This guy Paul was very knowledgeable and very straightforward,he quoted me a price much cheaper then most of the other shops. Paul explained exactly what the job entitled,how long he needed the car for and just generally made me feel at ease about taking my car to Epic Auto Glass. So I decided to go with Epic ,when I arrived at his shop it was very clean and just a pleasant place to wait while my car was being worked on, before he started and took me in the back of the shop and showed me the glass that he was going to use,he even explained about the mouldings around the glass saying sometimes they can't save the mouldings but he was confident that he could save my moulding but he wanted me to know up front that I might need a new one by he save it. So after 45 minutes the car was ready for pick-up,which was great because I had a very busy day ahead of me. I can't say enough good things about this shop,true honesty is a rare thing these days when it comes to fixing you car but this shop Epic Auto Glass is 100 percent a honest and very skilled shop,check it out for you self. Since I had the glass done I have had not one problem with the work. People if you need glass replacement seriously give him a call and you will understand what I'm talking about. Class act shop
