SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!! THEY PROVIDE NOTHING IN RETURN, DO NOT SPEND ONE CENT WITH THESE LOSERS. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN THEY ALL MUST DIE THE SECOND YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK AND PAY IN FULL BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO GET SHIT FROM THEM AFTER THE FACT. TRASH COMPANY
This was a total scam. Took my $595, took my calls and my emails but product was never delivered to me as promised or in other locations they promised. absolutely 0 return. I am a small business owner and this was the biggest con in 25 years of business. And Ive seen a few. :(
I too paid for an ad October 2018. Brochure never created. I’m going to look into what actions need to be taken .
I am with everyone else here that I paid and have been promised an ad that has not yet been delivered. I ordered the ad in February (2018), it is now the end of July (2018). I don’t know if they scammed me or are just terrible at their business and really really slow.

My company was contacted last year stating that they would like for us to accept and pass out a 1000 Bridal Folders for free to our customers. To this day we still have not received any folders nor heard anything else from them. This all took place back in 2015. I am now wondering if they are legit or not. I tried to call on a few occasions the 1-866-227-1288 number that was provided to me but no extension was ever provided so when I call I don't have anyway of connecting with anyone since it requires that you put in an extension number. My reason for even writing this review is that I do not want our company to be associated with any fraudulent company. We didn't pay anything out of pocket but I am under the impression that they are using our name to solicit customers.
Community Network Solutions sent a representative in person to sell me an ad space in a local bridal folder. I was told the ad would be printed in September and would be handed out to each bridal customer at a local bridal store. In addition a local would be hosting a group networking event for the publication to further connect all of the participants. I have never seen the print, I have confirmed with the bridal store they are not handing them out to clients and the hotel never hosted an event. I was charged a total of $1007.65 for this fraud ad.
We were recently talked into doing an advertising piece: a two year contract advertisement with one of Community Networking Services' sponsored clients. We were skeptical from the beginning because our past experiences with this type of thing have sometimes been sketchy. Poor service and bad artwork is usually the theme. In the case of Community Networking Services, we had the foresight to send their creative department everything they needed to build the perfect ad. We sent artwork, logos and detailed instructions of what we wanted. We even went so far as to say what we did not want. What did we get? An exact replica of what we told them to NOT DO.
The proof was undeniably bad. A joke, really. Even our business logo had somehow been altered/skewed. And the whole thing was sent to us in a document that was titled: "VERY IMPORTANT: Please send your approval or artwork by email or fax AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thanks."
Yikes. Sounded like they were rushed for time, didn't it?
Contacting someone in charge proved to be an unsatisfying experience. The woman I spoke with was defensive and responded poorly to my complaint that the artwork was badly done. Her tone was sarcastic and her irritation with me was unmasked. She did promise, however, to follow-up with her employee to improve the situation. Later that day the artwork department contacted me, but said that after speaking with her supervisor, she was told that I was going to send her more instructions and do it myself. (??) Dead end.
As frustrated as I felt, I now knew what I was dealing with: I would never see my money and if I wanted this done, I was going to have to do it myself. I proceeded to build the ad 99% of the way. All it needed was for someone to clean it up a little in Photoshop. I sent the artwork department a picture of the ad, all the components and (once again) detailed instructions. They never got back to me. Now I was really worried.
I decided to call them directly. BIG MISTAKE! The woman working on my ad was defensive, rude, antagonistic and combative. She raised her voice the entire time but kept asking me to not yell at her. She admitted that she had not even read my recent email, but asked me what I wanted her to do. What I SHOULD have said at this point was that I wanted her to read the email and follow my instructions. Instead, I said the instructions in the email were "idiot-proof" and... I didn't get any further than this. She freaked out and kept asking me, "Are you calling me an idiot?" I told her no, but that the email was idiot-proof and she was misunderstanding my remark. How unfortunate. After that, the whole conversation became an unproductive shouting match of her telling me how rude I was and me trying to get back to the business at hand. What a disaster!
Apologizing for the misunderstanding (3x) could not undo what escalated into the most unprofessional display I had ever been a party to. I have not heard from them since. I will never do business with this company again.
I will update this review when we finalize the ad-work. Hopefully this story ends well.
