This company took 3 years to build our home (mostly) when they originally quoted 1 year when we signed our purchase agreement but never completed the concrete or sod. They promised for another 3 years to get the concrete/sod done but eventually had to hire a 3rd party to complete and pay again to do something that was in the contract for Imagine Built Homes to do. Horrible customer service as well since they don't care about you or their commitments because they know it will cost more for you to sue them then to get the work done (this was a conversation that took place). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Lowest pricing around but at a cost. Poor workmanship, unqualified trades people, lack of supervision, and very little pride in workmanship. Not recommended
