Terrible experience. Called to have someone look at my washer which was leaking and also "locked" in sensing mode and not allowing the washer to fill and run. Service guy brought a new part and replace it. The next day the SAME issue . The washer was stuck in sense mode and not running. Called every day for over a week and spoke to employees who took my numbers and promised a return call from a manager.
NO RETURN calls and nothing but attitude from the staff there!!!'
Had to go purchase a new washer, still have not received a return call from the company, and I am out about $200 dollars.

Horrible service, I told them exactly what the problem was with my appliance was on the phone when booking the appointment. A tech came to the house for 10 minutes and had no idea what he was doing, I had to instruct him on what was going on. He guaranteed he could fix it no problem and charged me 90 something dollars then left. Didn't hear from him again. A week later the office calls to tell me they can't fix it, goodluck. Asked to speak to a manager they said sure one will call you back, then they again disappeared and stopped answering their phone and no response for 3 days now. This company is a bunch of crooks and should not be trusted.

These people just collect money for promise of service. The technician comes and ,makes up the problem, then asks for hefty service fee (typicaly $ 300-490, as over 500 it is a crime, below 500 is "quality issue"). There is no customer service. Receptionist refuses to give info or hungs up. Debit charge goes to private home at the address 63 Marchmount Rd. If you happen to be their victim, call Ontario Consumers Complains at416 326 8800 and file a complain.

They do not know how to fix anything. All that they know is taking money and not give it back. rip-off. They took a deposit money to fix my dishwasher and never call back. With reading the other reviews I discover they do that all the time to all people.

Think hundreds of times before you call these people. They came to my restaurant offering to fix my commercial dishwasher they take deposit money promising that they will get some spare parts and put them to get my machine ready to use. They did not show up after that and whenever I call I just get promises that the technician is going to call back. I gave up from calling them and I started to ask for my money back by emails. Nobody replied of course till I sent them an email warning them that I will go for police fraud report, report to Canadian Crime Stopper Association, report to their association to reconsider their license number, and going for trial to ask for substitution for the loses in my restaurant because of that delay. That time I got a reply for the first time from them confirming that they approved my cheque to get me money back. I received the cheque already with the half payment only. So, I am considering go to court

SOS Appliance Repair are rip-offs. On January 2. 2014, 3:30 PM, they charged Cdn $327.17 for 1/2 repair work (no parts) and the repaired fan stopped working 40 minutes after the technicians left. They force you to sign or they won't leave and they know where you live as they are in your house. During my call back to update them, the stopped refrigerator fan that I had said to them from start (I have the email to prove it) was the problem to be fixed, retails for $80, but they wanted a further $220 to come back to correct their failed work. This is absolutely true. They are dishonest! Don't ever use them please.

I would like to say how really pleased I was with the service and professionalism of SOS last evening; particularly of Tom who was really great - fast, efficient and knowledgeable.
I would certainly recommend SOS to my fellow condo owners and to colleagues as well!

If you use SOS Appliance Repair, you will not get your appliance repaired and it will cost you an arm and a leg. The customer service is extremely terrible and if you try to have your issue resolved, they will give you the run around and try to charge you more to have the issue repaired. The technican sent had no idea what he was doing. Buyer Beware

SOS Appliance Repair has recently met our needs by servicing our washing machine.

We were very pleased with the service in that a technician was at our location the very next morning which was in less than 24 hours from the time we called. Their technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The receptionist and staff at SOS were very helpful and attentive to our needs.

We would definitely recommend SOS and will be calling on them in the future for any future appliance repair needs.
