They said that they could send out a diagnostic technician to check my microwave, and that the $70 fee would be applied to repairs, if I decided to have them done.
He came, checked the microwave, then said he'd call with an estimate. The next day, they gave an estimate equal to the brand-new cost of the microwave, with no $70 discount. I asked for the discount, but they refused and wouldn't honour their promise.
Lousy customer service, stay away.
