I have several computers and A/V equipment at my studio and had the concern about someone doing a smash and grab since people come in and out for recording and meetings so they see what we have on site. Well now I'm feeling more peace of mind because the Safetech consultant made a custom solution for us that used a few types of technology to make things work and not break the bank. Between the security cams and motion sensor things I'll know if something happens. Plus my insurance rep said I'll save some money on my insurance. I like that they are local and took care of my concerns. Thanks guys. I can focus on my work again. If you have a business I highly recommend you get Safetech to help you.

My family has been a client of Safetech Alarm Systems for many years. We have enjoyed excellent service, especially when we moved our home last year. A great deal of time and patience was provided by Safetech technicians when explaining how to use our camera system remotely. Monitoring by Safetech has also been great. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have quality service and ongoing care.

My home alarm has been monitored by Safetech for over 10 years. When ever I have had an issue they have always been helpful and quick to respond. We had a break in about 5 years ago through our back patio door. The alarm went off, the station notified key holders after calling the house. The thief was only in my house for a few minutes (not enough time to steel anything of consequence) before he was rattled by our siren, phone ringing and all the commotion. I am happy with Safetech and recommend them to anyone about to install an alarm system.

I cancelled my service after 6 years, Adt had a much better offer at a better price. Safe tech won't answer my calls and when they do they say they'll call me back but they don't. My emails are not responded to either.

I have been a satisfied customer of SafeTech since 2007 until this summer. During those years there was one event which required dispatching a security guard - the alarm response was properly handled.
This summer I discussed additional installation with a sales person on call and was to hear back within a day, but did not hear back at all. My follow ups were ignored. I contacted the company owner, who assured me that the sales person I spoke with will call me back the same day. Well, I have not heard back from either. Before approaching competition I decided to give the owner another chance to respond and keep me as a customer. I would think that a customer with one dispatch over 8 years should be rather a welcome customer. So far just silence.

These guys not only over charge but they don't support you after hours. Monday to Friday 9-5....What happens if somebody breaks into my house after hours or weekend when I'm not home/

I have signed up for text/email notifications. I get texts telling me alarm is down. I Call the centre. Noone knows what is going on. They send you to technical support. Tech is only in on business hours. Sooo if you are away from home like me, you will have no idea if your home is armed or not unless it is 9-5 mon-fri or after 11am on sat. This is an alarm company. Break ins don't only happen during business hours. I do not feel safe with this company. Technical support should be a given and due to the nature of the company should be 24 hours.

We were previously with ADT for a number of years when we had one of the smoke detectors go bad and triggering false alarms. Our alarm was going off at all hours. It took several calls into ADT to finally get an appointment, which was a full week later. Meanwhile, out alarm was going off at 2 am. We called Safetech and had a technician out the very next day. Dayman was also very responsive to any questions I had and got back to me quickly.

Safetech is the best alarm company I have used. They are worth my monthly payment, and I have never had problems with them.

So far, there have not been any issue. We are satisfied with the service. The price was quiet acceptable. The installation technician was friendly and answered all of our questions and made it comfortable to reach out for further assistance, if needed.

Excellent installation with great advice and immaculate work. Continued monitoring service is hawk-like!

Happy w the installation of SafeTech , excellent customer service, quick response after alarm was on. Overall a very good alarm co. I rated 9/10, because I find their monitoring monthly a little expensive

I am writing to express Clipso Canada Inc. s satisfaction with the SafeTech Alarm Systems services we just set up.

I am the acting Director and owner of Clipso Canada. I chose SafeTech Alarm to install a security system and to provide monitoring for the Clipso office in Woodbridge. I chose SafeTech for Clipso not by finding them in the Yellow Pages, but instead because I personally am a long time customer of SafeTech Alarm Systems. I have a SafeTech Alarm system operating in my cottage and my friend's cottage. He followed my referral to SafeTech Alarm as a reliable and definitely high tech company in the security business.

My personal and business experience is that SafeTech Alarm Systems are a professional service with a friendly attitude. I trust SafeTech with sensitive issues such as security in the remote areas of my cottage and with such valuable premises as my office.

3 installers day = 0 success. Takeover from other company (charging more than 30$ a month - decided to change to Safetech). What a mistake. Avoid at all cost. Even the managers and owners refuse to own there mistake and even respond to e-mails or request for help.

We had a Safe Tech alarm system installed at the end of the summer in 2013. A smoke detector malfunctioned and has kept our system down for the past 2 months. I have called into Safe Tech over 10 times now - always being promised a service rep will contact me to schedule an appointment to fix the system - I have never received a phone call. Each time I call I am assured someone will call me that day - NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL. To escalate I contacted Sales and Accounting - same end result - nobody calls - what good is a system if it doesn't work. Guaranteed if I go over 1 day late paying the bill I will get a phone call!!!! Stay away - they do not support their product.

I must say safetech was great, the sales rep I spoke to Steve was a pleasure to work with, from the moment I called to get information before our closing I had decided this was the company. Steve answered all my calls, numerous emails without hesitation. On appointment day he was on time called ahead and was very polite he walked me through on what we needed and what type of equipment we needed and how it was going to work. He didn't pressure me in any way. The installer was great as well, took his time and was very respectful of our home, he also called ahead and when he arrived he took of his shoes, confirmed where we wanted things and started right away.
