They where very quick to get back to me to book an appointment in Edmonton and I chose the in-person option. Glad I did! Went to their office for my scheduled appointment and there was no signage, okay just an annoyance in finding a door to the building that would open. Up the stairs to the reception and nobody in sight. As I was waiting I was browsing brochures and noticed a large stack of mail. Amex and other invoices. If they care that little about their own privacy, will they protect mine? Just say'in.
