The Bay Bramalea City Center

I went to the bay and had purchased a fridge....I had it delivered and the fridge was slanted backwards on an angle and that when you open it and let go of the door it shuts quickly...My 2 yr old son went to the fridge to get his bottle from the shelf and the fridge closed quickly hitting him in the back of the head and into the inside of the fridge. When they delevered it they told me my floor was not leveled and that they could not do anything about it and told me to put wood in the back to hold it up....I had just had my fridge professionally finsihed and knew it was the fridge and not the floor as I pulled the fridge out and saw the bottom back of fridge touching the floor and the front bottom fridge almost 2 inches off the floor....i then went to the bay and saw the exact same fridge completely level and with nothing wrong with it so I strongly recommend no one shop there as they do not care for your homes safety and really dont take the time to fix the problem... this is going on 3 weeks now and still no new fridge...
