I booked an appointment.Talked to the sales rep, Alan, but he didn’t seem interested. He was rude and kept ignoring me although I was ready to work on a deal today. He told me twice to wait in the lobby. I checked again and the lady said he went home. You wasted an hour of my time.
Disrespectful service, although Audi are known for their great customer service, but Alan is making this great image ugly!!!
I guess I’ll be going to another dealership that cares.

Customer Satisfaction goes way beyond the Staff we meet at the service counter.
It begins when we make a call.........Left on hold or Reception does not take a call back #.
A two or five minute delay is not acceptable. That is not a reflection of the service department, rather management /organizational issues.
I've only had three visits to your dealership.
1st time to try to purchase a car.
I was not attended to by Sales .Reception said know one was available. I found myself wondering the back lot to see available colours for the SQ5 I was interested in purchasing.
Eventually, months later I purchased my 2019 Audi SQ5 through a broker, who worked with a company in Oshawa. OWESCO in Durham.
The broker was able to provide me a price for the vehicle $5000 less, than my 2nd visit to your dealership, where I finally met with a sales representative. I offered a cash deal. No trade, I would sell my Lexus privately but the price differential was too significant to ignor from the broker's offer.
I live in Burlington, Ont.and will require ongoing maintenance to my vehicle locally.
My issue is not with the "Service Counter" Nancy has been great but rather overall Customer Satisifaction from both your dealership & Audi.
I ran a German Company for over 10 years and your fill rates are sadly lacking.
Spare parts on a new product in our company were to be replaced and installed within 48 hrs. (BOSCH) or product replaced immediately.
You ask for a Service satisfaction report.
If you ask about my experience at the counter it was great!
You ask about my whole experience with Audi and your" dealer" overall performance???
As a retired President I screen my calls. Why do your calls come identified as WIENS?
Are you Audi or Audi Oakville Who is "WEINS"

Just got my new Q7 on December 2018. Aticus has been amazing in arranging everything so the dealer could take back my old ML350. All this within 24hrs.

Having written off my previous car by hitting a deer, I needed to find a replacement quickly. My schedule is very full and so I appreciated the ability to negotiate a deal over the phone rather than having to take the time to drive to Oakville and negotiate a deal at the dealership.
The SQ5 that I purchased was delivered on time and my sales representative did a great job going over all of the features of this vehicle.

I am very satisfied with my new audi Q5. This car is better than I expected. The dealership and salesman Denley Phillip were very professional, helpful and considerate of my needs. I recently purchased a used A4 Avant from Audi Oakville, and couldn’t be happier. My sales representative was Etienne and I would highly recommend him! Etienne made sure that all my questions were answered prior to purchase and provided an excellent no pressure environment; he also drove all the way to Niagara to pick me up, as a scheduling error (on my part) left me without a drive on the day I was to take delivery of my vehicle.
Unfortunately, my Audi A4 Avant, didn’t qualify for the certified pre-owned program; which left me a little hesitant, however Etienne made sure the vehicle was in excellent order before I took possession and Lorin set me up with an amazing warranty that fit within my budget, and more importantly took care of my concerns!!
A few weeks later my spare key arrived, and needed programming; Etienne booked an appointment for me and when I arrived everything was ready to go, and I had no wait. The key programming was done by the mechanics at the old location, up the street, and they were also fantastic! I had a few questions about maintenance and other small issues, and they were very happy help me out!
Overall my experience with Audi Oakville was terrific; everyone that I interacted with was professional, happy to be of assistance, courteous and honest, I don’t think you can ask more than that! Once again, Etienne was a great representative for Audi, and I would recommend my friends and family to see him!

I purchased a q5 and picked it up yesterday. I am very thankful to Kinaz Samour, sales representative who was very helpful, polite, professional and made my purchase so enjoyable and all transactions were done with ease and went smooth.
So glad I chose Audi Oakville after shopping for one month at other dealerships but Immediately I met Mr. Samour and realized he was trustworthy and explained everything to me before and after. When I picked up my car he spent at least one hour explaining all the features and even set up my blue tooth. He was very patient and very informative.

We had an issue this week one afternoon when my wife was out in her Audi. I called Audi Oakville and they had her bring it in right away. By 6pm the same day they had diagnoised and fixed the issue and we were back on the road running smoothly the next day. AWESOME service. Thanks Audi Oakville team!!
I had a service appointment this week with Audi Oakville and by far that was the worst service appointment I have ever had with any dealership of the numerous dealerships that I have dealt with .
I had GM cars, range rover, Porsches and this is my first audi , which is considered a " luxury car " but the service at this dealer was way below luxury or even ordinary .
My wife dropped my car in the morning and asked them to drop it to my clinic when they are done . The advisor answered rudely that " we don't do that " , they have done that all the time , in fact my service appointment notes stated that . Then I kept calling them for three hours to know if my car is done or not and after more then three hours the same " advisor " Advised me that my car might not be done today !!!!
My wife actually was in that same dealer a week ago to buy herself a car but after the way the service department " advisor" treated us ,
She decided to stick with range rover.
What a shame on Audi dealers .

I regularly service my Audi's at Audi Centre Oakville and I'm reminded why whenever I drop off and then pick my car back up. The work is done professionally at a fair price and the people working there are all equally professional and friendly. I would recommend to anyone who asked to service their car at Audi Centre Oakville. Even as they hire new service staff (Nancy, Michael) the continuity of excellent service is evident. Keep up the good work!

Someone to immediately greet me and take my keys and get the service started. was told it would take about 90 minutes, it took 90 minutes.
Nice place to sit and wait with coffee, juice snacks, work stations, wi-fi, newspapers etc.
Car came out washed and checkout was equally fast.

An absolutely amazing experience dealing with the sales and finance team at Audi Oakville. After visiting many dealership of various makes of vehicles, you can really feel the difference in class here at Audi Oakville. Had the pleasure of working with Denley and Marco, who didn't help facilitate a sale, but rather created a relationship in which I will seek to do business with them for the foreseeable future. Ask for Denley and you won't be disappointed; the guy puts all cards on the table and won't disappear on you after the sale has been finalized.
My wife and I were greeted with a warm smile, immediately made us feel important and offered us snacks and water, coffee or juice.
We had a comfortable feeling right from start to finish and are now proud owners of an Audi A-4. Our Son had purchased a couple of months before us and highly recommended we visit this location (Audi Center Oakville).
We will tell all our friends about our wonderful experience.

I have had two dealings with Audi Oakville...the first was when I arrived for an early morning booked appointment. I walked in and could find no one on the floor. I proceeded to the service area. I opened the door into the service area and found at least 4 employees drinking coffee and talking. My second dealing with Audi Oakville was with a problem with my car which is leased, I had a flat tire and when I took my car to Audi they said they could put my spare tire on but I had to be careful driving. I had plans which I had to cancel. I was told a tire was ordered but wouldn't be ready until the next day. I was called at 1pm the next day after leaving my car with Audi and told the tire hadn't arrived yet. I was not given a courtesy car to drive, I was told there were none available and it was too late (Sunday at 1pm) to get a rental car because all of the rental places were closed. I received a second call at 4pm telling me my tire still has not arrived. At this point I was told I will get a call before 9 pm on whether or not my tire will be replaced. I finally got a call at 7pm to say my car was ready...not impressed with the service I received and mainly because nothing was done to accommodate me! Big bucks for a car and not the service I would have expected...will not re-lease.
