Very lovely office and customer service

I have been to other dealership and Don Valley is a cut above the rest. I met Rory, told him the problem I was experiencing with my 2022 Elantra and he really listened to me. He made no judgment. He asked the right questions and took very good note of my responses. I felt he wanted to find a solution to my problem. Guess what! Rory and his team found the problem and solve it. It has been almost two weeks since the problem was solved and "knock on wood" it hasn't resurface. Thank you Rory and team. Great job.

I have been dealing with Sean for many years and the consistency of customer first is outstanding. Always available to explain the issues at hand, solution orientated and by far dedicated to making the customer leave knowing that the attention to detail is without question.
Having returned to Hyundai recently after purchasing a hybrid and EV, my engagement with Sean will continue. It is also very apparent to me that the customer waiting area caters very well for us and adds that extra caring feeling to sometimes a very stressful event.

I have been having service at this dealership. It has been good to great. However, the recent service is pretty bad. I dropped off my 2023 Kona ev to fix brake knocking noise plus a few other minor issues on Tuesday. Took it back on Saturday. The brake noise still exists. I tried to show the technician there are similar issues with quite a few Kona ev owners on Google he was not interested to hear. Now I have to book another appointment to bring the car back and they can only book me in after 2 weeks. Getting my car back back on Saturday was a nightmare. There was only one person working on last Saturday. I called 3 times and the phone was never picked up or returned. I called the reception fourth time and I wasn't told what was happening in the service department. I waited almost 3 hours before I asked my neighbour to send me to the dealership and my service advisor was not there.

I recently bought my first Hyundai in August 2023 and scheduled a winter tire installation. Sean, my service advisor, was incredibly accommodating and engaging. Despite my lack of knowledge about winter tire installation, he patiently explained the process and even entertained unrelated questions. Overall, it was a fantastic first service visit.

The only thing that didn’t happen is the walk around vehicle inspection. Assuming that is intended for the customer once the service is done.

My name is Jonathan and I was greeted by Chris in my most recent service visit. I also go to Sean as well and he is great. When I told Chris I needed my vehicle done by a certain time he made it happen and made sure I got a car wash as well. I notice those things. Even though Chris was busy when I wanted to pick up my vehicle, one of the technicians walking around helped me when he saw me waiting. Thank you.
