Pro Green Irrigation

We had Progreen Irrigation installation last fall. They made a mess of the lawn. Now that the system has been running we are not getting water to all areas of the lawn. More than a third of the backyard is brown and dry. Sod that was planted in the spring to repair the damage from the installation last fall is dead. There's a line in my front yard dividing the green grass from the brown dry grass. Their service department has been out twice and tell us there's nothing more they can do. Calls to the owner Scott have gone unanswered. Thousands of dollars later and not the results they advertise. Next steps are documenting with pictures and then small claims court.
