The best storage locker business in Edmonton. It is more like a family, the service is beyond amazing, units are clean and nice. Shar is an absolute legend and will guide you to what you need for your storage needs. This place is legit the best storage locker rental place in Edmonton and area hands down.

Disgusting experience. They increased the pricing on my parents several times and it was full of mice droppings and a dead mouse. Absolutely filthy and a total rip-off. DO NOT rent a unit here!

Cheap and untrustworthy – I went to assist my mother in moving out of her unit a while back. This place is cheap for a reason. Broken doors, non-working gates, and hidden charges everywhere. Don't waste your time or money.

Rodents everywhere – I can't believe the condition of this place. There are mice and rodent droppings in the units! My furniture and boxes are all chewed up. Do not store your things here.

Unfortunately the unit was rented under my wife's name! We will not be renting a unit or recommending your establishment to anyone.

Landmark Self Storage is the best when it comes to renting a U-Haul truck for your move. The last time we needed a truck, the U-Haul rental place across the Highway 16A had left us hanging when Winterburn U-Haul gave away the truck we had reserved because we were not there at 8 sharp to pick up the van. The people at Landmark are very pleasant and hospitable, eager to meet your needs with their professional business services. Their commitment to meeting your needs easily and with no hassles or hidden fees is greatly appreciated. Clean trucks and no problem adding a day to the rental. We only have one last move and we will definitely use Landmark again because when Landmark says they believe in service, they really do mean it.

I will remark about Landmark Self Storage Inc as both a customer and a vendor. I have known the owners and managers of the company for a very long time. I have dealt with them long enough from both sides of the isle to unequivocally state that they are honorable, decent, organized, professional and well-mannered people. They know their business well. They take time to explain. You just have to ask. I will also add that Landmark Self Storage is very clean compared to other storage sites I have visited in Edmonton. You can tell the fruit of their labor is borne by the cleanness of the premises. I wish the owners a lot of luck. And I strongly recommend Landmark Self Storage to anyone, who is looking for a storage space.

Finally landed the perfect storage unit here, I've had my eye on a heated unit at landmark for three years, but was on a waiting list til now. Very helpful & accommodating staff! Smooth move in, there was a van available for me to rent. Flexible hours to access with a pin, I'm impressed with them. Really sets a standard for everyone else.

I would have to say after today I will never go back or recommend. do to the distastefulness of the manager. I had went to purchase a storage shed all was good until he loaded my vehicle with the shed via a bobcat. He seemed confident on operating but had no one to spot him and never asked us nor should he have as he has employees to help him. He had severely damaged my box on the truck causing it to hit the cab. And be the box bolts then as we asked him to stop as we started to notice this happen he dropped the product roughly down. He then yelled at my buddy and I then pulled the product out and to inspect the damage. As well as having video evidence of this happening on my 2013 sierra. We then politely asked about him assisting in some of the repair cost he yelled at us to get off his property and still would refuse to sell us the shed. He then called the cops to say his statement and if I wanted the damages to get fixed witch are just over 4300.00 from an accredited body shop. Told me to leave and he has no interest in paying or owning up even tho we have video evidence of this happening. I do not recommend this place go somewhere else. Now had he owned up or even apologized at the time and assisted instead of me taking him to claims court and footing the bill till then would have made for a better experience.
