They shipped us a product that's different than the one we ordered and then refused to take it back. They cited some BS 30 day return policy, even though they clearly state they have a "right item GUARANTEE".

You'll get an answer for about every 10 phone calls you give them. Dealing with this company has been a huge waste of effort, time, and money. After two months I'm left with a useless car part, a broken car, and am $180.99 in the hole.

Stay far away from HSA Car Parts and instead find an auto parts company that actually respects its customers.

I won't deal with this company again. I paid for my taillight casing around Jan 11th and waited and waited for it to arrive. nothing. I contacted them in Feb and they said they would ship it out right away. I waited and waited, nothing. I contacted them for the 2nd time in March and they finally shipped the product which I paid for in Jan, on Mar 13th. I received the product a week later. I could have received it way back in January when I paid for it. There was no excuse- this had nothing to do with Canada Post.

Would not ever deal this outfit again ! I'm warning other people to deal deal with this company !!!!! Ever !!!

I have returned parts, it has be over 30 days ! I'm told I have to wait for my refund to be approved !
