Had my Mercedes GTS delivered from Mercedes Downtown Calgary
to Toronto earlier this October. Mark explained all the
details and arranged a pick up in 3 days. Their enclosed
service cost was $400.00 less than competition and the
delivery time was exactly one week. Lady at their Queensway
Toronto location was very professional and accommodated
after hours delivery to my condo. Very happy with service
and value provided.

Solid job! Got my vehicle picked up within 48 hours of booking. I was a little nervous at first as I had searched for this vehicle for a long time and trusting another company to deliver it was not easy for me. The seller of the vehicle recommended Automoves and they got the job done above and beyond.

Automoves helped deliver my Corvette earlier this past December. Since we bought a house in Palm Desert We go away for the winter every year and were not happy with previous company that we used. Automoves assisted with cross border paperwork for free which other company charged us extra for. The staff were very helpful and addressed all our questions. Will call them back in April when we return.

Good experience overall. I hired Automoves
to deliver my Honda Civic from Calgary to
Mississauga. The company allowed me to leave
summer tires and some personal effects in the
vehicle. Car was delivered to me in 7 days
as promised and in good condition.

I hired Automoves to help deliver my vehicle from St John's, NL to Toronto, ON. The quoting process was easy, I got a call back and email the same day. Mark arranged our booking and setup drop off date. My car arrived as promised, within 8 days (I was told 7 to 10) and I picked it up from Automoves warehouse in Mississauga. All in all very pleasant experience given that I have never shipped my car before. I would have given 5 stars , however, I could not pay my bill with a credit card which was somewhat of a bummer. But the company advised of this ahead of time so in the end all is well.

Automoves makes railway look like last century. We've slashed our delivery times from
Adesa and Manheim auctions in half. Yes, 14 days to 6-8 days from placing our order. That's from BC and Alberta to Ontario. If someone is unhappy with such service they should reevaluate themselves. Plus their dispatch is available by email, phone, text, Skype or whatsapp 7 days a week, including after 5pm!

I had used Automoves earlier last year to help bring my newly purchased 2015 Mutang Roush via their enclosed service. I did a last minute impulse buy and had to bring it over from Edmonton area. Automoves offered a reasonable quote for their enclosed service and a much better rate than their competition. This year I shipped it back as a trade in for 2017 model. The guys offered me a 10% discount and got the vehicle delivered in under week. Have already sent them a few referrals through my local Mustang club. Well done boys!

I purchase a 2016 Honda Odyssey in Calgary on the Oct 12, 2016 and wanted it transported to Toronto. I phoned around and got a few quotes. I contacted Automoves and left a message and soon after Andrejs called me back with a quote which was reasonable. He answered all my questions, was very polite, returned turned my calls very promptly and was very professional. I had to get the vehicle moved within a week and he told me that he would have the vehicle picked up the next day and back in Toronto by Monday. When the vehicle arrived he emailed me and then called me to let me know it had arrived. One company I called forgot to call me back and the other said it would take about 3 to 4 weeks to get the vehicle back at a higher price. Another thing I liked about Automoves they didn't ask for the payment up front, only when it was delivered. Great job Automoves well done and thanks again Andrejs

Well where do I start this isn't the company I would recommend to transport your automobile . They lie to get your money and they cost me 1200 on top what I paid ! My Lamborghini kit car was suppose To be transported in a in close trailer well it wasn't it look like it went through mud I was so dirty . They broke my drivers door and broke my clutch . At first they tried to say it was like thatwhen they pick it up well buddy had his dad video tape the car going on the flat bed truck .. they told my guy that it's going inside a trailer at the shop and they didn't even do a inspection they said they do that at the shop what a joke I'm upset because I can't get over how people like mark and Andy stay in Business .. when I ask then what they r going to do about my car he laught and said I guess I will see u in court after I told him that I have a couple family members in law so I guess anybody reading this knows where this will end up! So please do your home work before this company takes u for a ride ..

Automoves delivered my 1967 Mustang from Quebec to Halifax
earlier this week. The car was in pristine condition and I
wanted to make sure it's taken care of properly from point A
to point B. After talking to the reservations office, Howie,
the driver, was in constant communication throughout the
shipment, picked the vehicle up as scheduled and delivered
as promised. It was clockwork delivery. A+ service!

Noticed that my review was deleted. Interesting. Will repost my original review here. They had also deleted their google page, which had some more honest and fake reviews. Be the judge. CBC has done stories on them. I've contacted them to update.

Not sure how this company is still getting people to do business with them - please READ AND CHECK REVIEWS!! It will save you a lot of grief. Did business with them last year and could not have had a more horrific experience and of dealing with con artists. Got my car, but could not help but notice how 1) An inspection was NOT done as promised/indicated so when the time came that I got my car, the new dents/scrapes were unaccounted for - was not going to bother chasing this as it was a nightmare to ensure I actually got my car in the end, 2) No legal or signed paperwork whatsoever 3) Andy stops answering phone calls 4) Movers were either in on it or Andy did not pay them and wanted to heckle me for money but warned them I would call the cops. Please dont cut corners for money or time and plan ahead if you need to move your vehicle, not worth the distress in the end

I am very happy there are customers who are pleased with the transportation of their vehicles however Automoves has little to do with the transport of them. Automoves hires carriers who pick up your vehicle and transport it to the final location. HOWEVER the carrier does not get paid for their service. So you as a customer get your vehicle and pay Automoves ....Automoves does not pay the carrier who actually did the work. I have tried to speak to someone...anyone since June of 2015. Yes 2015 to try to get paid for a vehicle we moved to Edmonton. No One calls me back.

Noticed that they scrapped their entire Google page with all of their fake and honest reviews..I wonder why. When given a poor review they call you up to threaten you and accuse you of slander when it isnt. Spoke to CBC

Automoves helped deliver my Land Rover project cars from
Nova Scotia to Brampton. This shipment was somewhat challenging
as the seller was only available at certain times, the vehicles
were in terrible condition and required special handling. I
have to admit, Mark and Andy were very patient with helping me
line this up. It took 2 weeks to finally meet the sellers
schedule but once the vehicles were loaded the truck got to
Mississauga in 3 days. Professional service from a friendly
team!

I had a very straightforward experience
dealing with Automoves and having my Ford
Focus transported from Vancouver to Toronto.
Getting the vehicle across as soon as possible
was my main priority and this is where Automoves
was much better than other quotes that I received.
From point A to point B the whole process took
only 8 days and even though I paid a little more
than others had quoted it was well worth the savings.

Automoves helped deliver my 1967 Chevy Corvette from
Calgary, AB to Washington, DC. From start to finish the process was very straihghtforward, they assisted with customs clearance and offered flexible delivery times. I did have to prepay the shipment prior to crossing the border but I understand that as a non dealer that's their policy. Overall, very friendly service and timely delivery.

I traded in my old Mustang to the 2016 model through a dealer
trade. The vehicle was located in Edmonton and the dealer told
me it would take up to 3 weeks for my new car to arrive as
their carrier was backlogged. They offered us an option to
source our own auto transport company. We contacted Automoves
for a quote and timeline for delivery. Our rate came in $150.00
cheaper than dealer quote and delivery within 8 days. The car
was picked up from Edmonton dealership within 2 days and
arrived at our lot 6 days later. A+ service.

Prompt communication and fast delivery. Mark was very helpful with addressing all my questions and concerns. Vehicle arrived from Regina to Toronto in 6 days. A+ team.

My family just relocated back to Ontario and we had 2 vehicles to be shipped. My local Calgary Chevy dealer suggested I give Automoves a call since they have used them for the past 2 years. Mark was the person i dealt with and he was very attentive to all my questions. We were allowed to ship personal effects unlike other companies that we called. Our cars got delivered in 7 days from drop off. Fast service and fair price.

Very happy with my shipments so far. I buy cars as a hobby
for restoration and sometimes resale. Mark and his team
have been very accommodating with my requests for non
running cars that needed special handling, had extra parts
and separate engines. The price has always been fair and
the timeline faster than most.

I would like to thank Automoves for getting our family suv delivered on time. I was travelling for work so it was important for my pregnant wife to have access to our vehicle asap. Mark helped us set up pick up in Calgary within 3 days of contacting Automoves and our car shipped to Mississauga in less than a week. I found it very helpful that we were able to leave some personal effects inside the car during transport. Very helpful service.

I was relocating back to Ontario due to slowdown in local economy and Automoves hauled my '68 Camaro from Fort Mac to Mississauga, ON earlier this February. I chose enclosed transport due to winter conditions and the car being in mint condition. Mark was very patient in addressing all my questions and on the actual shipping day Rob the driver reassured me that this is going to be a smooth move. I received my vehicle in 9 days from pick up to delivery to my door. Very happy with Automoves from start to finish!

Faster delivery comparing to railway and the pricing was reasonable. I could leave personal effects in the car as well which saved me a few hundred in other moving costs. Very straightforward car shipping experience.

We shipped a Porsche Cayenne to one of our customers in Palm Desert, California using Automove's enclosed service. The rate came in slightly less than competition but the main selling point was delivery from Toronto to Palm Desert in 8-10 days while everyone else was asking for 3 weeks from booking time. We will certainly use them again!
