Stiletto Social Club

Went to this club, hoping to have a good time out for our friends 40th birthday. We booked a booth and got bottle service. After a horrible experience at Wendels, we thought our night would get better but boy were we wrong. After polishing off the bottle and dancing to some tunes (that wasnt that great) we were approached by the waitress twice asking us if we were "Marina". And were like no, sorry we're not. Then my friend found this fishy so she asked for her credit card back along with the bill (you have to give them your card while they serve you at the booth). The waitress did not come back, yet she sent the manager (thats what we believe she was) who told us that our credit card is missing. Are you serious? Why wouldnt the waitress tell us she lost our card from the get go? On top of that the manager was acting as if it wasnt her fault. Like take some responsibility for shit that happens to your customers. We spent half hour at the back calling the credit card company to cancel the card because there was almost $10 000!! being charged to the card while we were there!!! While this lady acted as if we shouldnt be upset, and didnt even have the waitress apologize to us or anything! Please! Luckily they ended up cancelling all charges. But seriously talk about professionalism. The whole night was a total nightmare. From the managers to the servers, very weak service! Never going back again. Clearly this place is shady and needs to review their workers behaviour. Ugh

Went to Stiletto on a Saturday night with a group of girlfriends - arrived about 9:30 was told it was their busiest night. The music was so BAD - mix of lame 70's and 80's and about 15% current music mixed in. I was the designated driver and after a $10 cover and $3 coat check they CHARGED for soft drinks. I ordered water and they would only give me a short rock glass!!! There were maybe 75 people at the height of the night around midnight and then place cleared out. The dance floor was a joke maybe 15 x 15 feet and not very well defined. The VIP booths were empty all night but the reserved signs stayed. There was a large smokers patio and the doors were adjacent to the dance floor. So you got the benefit of the cold and second hand smoke all night. I absolutely reeked like a smoker. Great layout plan? The bathroom at the start of the night had NO toilet paper or paper towels. We told the snooty gal standing at a pedestal several times. Eventually they stuck a roll of towel on the wet counter and a basket of TP under the counter. Wow! The decor of the place was overall pretty nice, too bad there was no one around to enjoy it thanks to the bad music that no one wants to stay for and poorly designed dance area (even seating in it!!!). I'll spend my $10 at Dirty Martini and put up with the fun crowds and current music and FREE soft drinks. Just get there before 11 (DM I mean) or you may not get in.
