We hired RAM to collect - clean -reinstall 16 blinds in our house. All of the blinds were Hunter-Douglas pleated blinds. The collection went well - the crew was very good.

That is where the good part ends. Blinds were not as clean as I expected, and some blinds were damaged; one set of the blinds was ripped several times.

RAM refused all responsibility - claimed (unwarranted) the blinds were sun damaged and that caused the problems. Holly in particular (office manager) was very difficult to deal with. Her objective seems to be to make sure all RAM customers are one-time only customers.

Bottomline- do not use RAM services to clean your blinds. you will likely regret it!

I've used Ram before to clean a silk carpet and was very happy with the results. So I called them to clean 4 chairs and a recliner that have never been cleaned. Geoff and Daniel arrived when they said they would. Geoff was very friendly and professional. We just had our hardwood floors refinished and the guys were very careful. They didn't rush the cleaning job either, they went over the chairs until they were as good as new. I will definitely use Ram again.

Ram carpet cleaning and Leon never fail to impress. I have been getting Leon at Ram to clean my carpets for years and he always does a fantastic job. He is on time, does a great job and the cost is very reasonable. Thanks Leon

Do NOT use this company!!! I called to weeks in advance and booked my appointment. The day it was booked no one showed....I Called twice that day to confirm, the person answering the phone told me that they were on there way both times...and still no one.
If you want your carpets cleaned, call a company that will actually show up.

After living through a home renovation, we sent all of our window blinds and area carpets to Ram for cleaning. The blinds are wooden venetians and were a mess from all of the dust the renovation generated. The carpets, beautiful silk carpets I had brought back from Dubai, simply needed to be cleaned after 7 years of living on them. But I was nervous about having someone clean them. Everything came back a 10 out of 10!! We were totally impressed with how Ram handled everything and the finished product looks amazing. I'm a convert to having these things sent out to be cleaned. Ram has added years of enjoyment to these elements of our home.

we had a great technician ,He was very polite and he knew what he was doing and answered all our questions.
I would have Ram come back and clean my carpets and my upholstery anytime thank you Leon and thank you Ram you made this a comfortable experience ..

I have had my carpets cleaned on several occasions by another company before I called Ram. I had red wine, coffee and other stains and the technician got everything out and my carpet looks brand new.
