My wife and I purchased a new sectional for our basement but when it arrived we couldn’t get it down and around the stairs no matter what we tried. My wife was crushed she loved the sectional and already planned a family gathering to show it off lol. The retailer said sorry but you should have measured more accurately there’s nothing we can do. Our neighbour recommended Furniture Solution whom they had recover their dining room chairs. I thought how can they help us. I called them and Eric came to our home the next day. He explained his process and my wife’s jaw dropped. He neatly cut our stubborn sectional in half and rebuilt it right in front of us to it’s original state. I mean you can’t even tell it was chopped lol. Neat, prompt and professional. My wife and I were thrilled to place our sectional where we originally planned. Thanks Furniture Solutions.
