AWESOME EXPERIENCE
I had a great experience with my hair cut. I had the $145 value coupon for $29 from dealfind.ca and I received an amazing hair cut and coloring. I did NOT have to pay any extra other then the $6 for taxes. The ladies there treated me great and I love my hair cut and style. As I was explained from the manager, people are charged for the extra's they ask for while there. I got only what was on the coupon and loved my experience. I still have 2 more coupon's waiting for me to use, and I'm looking forward to it.

Supreme Cuts didn't honor the full Groupon deal.
I was concerned after reading these reviews and more and was going to return it back to Groupon (bought 2 coupons). I booked two appointments afterall. I was VERY thorough as to not be charged any hidden extras...however in the end I was.
I asked if there will be extra charges for highlights for shoulder length hair and was told no ( and was not charged but VERY few highlights).
I also asked when I called and booked appointment if I could use the $20 voucher on the same day, answer was yes. Then asked if I could use it towards a manicure, and was told yes.
The two appointments were completed, the highlights were nice, but only surface highlights, no where near a full head done. Both cuts and style were nice, and manicures lovely. Staff was friendly.
I don't think the "deep conditioning" on the hair was done, and if it was, then it only took a minute then.
Sadly, when we went to pay, we were charged for BOTH manicures as well as tax on Pre amount and not voucher amount (which is Canada tax law). I didnt even argue the tax overcharge.
I had to argue with the owner on the manicures though. Her defence was that it was not stated on the voucher the $20 credit to spa. ( it was not on voucher but It was clearly on the original Groupon ad, & I would be very suprised if they never once looked at their running ad).
I contact Groupon, and they got a response from the business that they only considered "spa Services" massages and facials. She never once said that during visit or before.
Then Groupon got back that they will be honoring the furture spa discounts.
I believe the salon does nice work, but are trying to get away with not honouring their full Groupon deals. Most people probably wont say anything.
She told me they cant be doing all this work for free, but I don't they they understand Groupon. When you give a discount of 80% plus you wont be making any money on the visit, but hopefully will have a repeat customer.
We ended up paying for one manicure, and groupon gave us a $10 credit. But the headache and stress of the whole situation was not worth it in the end.
Thankfully the staff did a great job on the girls hair and nails in the end.

Not such a Deal after all...
I ended up here with a DealFind coupon which I paid $39. I was to receive a full colour, cut & style, deep conditioning, scalp massage, eyebrow threading and a $20 certificate to a salon service. (a $150 value they claim)
They charged me and EXTRA $39 for "extra colour" because my hair was longer. My hair is a little longer than my shoulders but it is fine so not that much more product is required...I know. I used to be a stylist for a living.
The stylist, although a nice girl, was overbooked by the owner and I ended up sitting at the sink waiting for over 20minutes as she applied foils to another customer.
She also did not section my hair to cut it which is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and demonstrates poor technique. I now have an uneven cut.
I like my colour but that is only because I told her exactly what to mix.
Basically I ended up paying full price for a colour if not more.
I definitely would not return here.
Eyebrow threading was good though.
