We had 38 boxes and we delivered 37 boxes we lost our tv , after call to head office they told we you need to send email to claim department, after 3 weeks I didn’t receive any reply yet , im looking for my tv ...

To keep to the proven facts;
One, the beginning of the move began by the movers showing up over two hours early and barging into my home. When asked to leave I was told "not to worry about it" and practically forced out of my apartment.

Two, it took them two months to deliver my property, from Ontario to Alberta and a great deal of pressure from me in order to get my property. At which time I had zero choice about the day or time of delivery.

Three, upon delivery they then tried to add a 30% extra charge ($650) When I contested this and demanded to know the reason with their head office, the movers then unceremoniously dumped my property onto the ground in the rain and then left me to try to get over a 1000 lbs of boxes into my new home.

Four, I had deliberately paid $500 extra for packing in order to ensure safe delivery and insure everything moved. They destroyed the following...
Glassware shattered.
Art work destroyed.
First edition books mangled.
Furniture chipped and twisted.
Kitchen equipment broken.
All in all the damage cost me more than the move.

When I approached them for compensation I was initially told it wasn't their fault or problem.
After pursuing the matter further, going up the corporate ladder, their final offer was $150 and a cease and desist gage order that would incluse a NDA. Instead I am now taking them court, during which I have found out they have numerous complaints against them through the BBB of which they are not a certified company.

In short. THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN OVER TWENTY YEARS OF WORKING AND LIVING ACROSS CANADA.

if i can ...i can give them review in minus.......this is worst company, worst staff and worst driver ever i had deal with....i sent them 6 email and they never replied me nor they care to answer phone calls.....DO NOT EVER TRY THIS COMPANY.....THEY ARE SCAMMER

Late showing up, late arrival. Charged way more then quote, lost and damaged stuff, won't settle claim. They lie, been hung up on, laughed at when inquired about my missing stuff. Same story over and over to other customers. Stay away from this company!!! F rating with BBB. I'm in process of small claims.

I want to give zero stars. Guys delivered damaged good to my house.scratched my front stones leading up to my house. They then addedfees and doubled some as well as changed the per pound cost. I weighedall my stuff abd somehoe they found 500 extra pounds.... Scamof a company. They will overcharge you.

They are now over a week and a half late delivering from the first "promised" date. They actually hung up on my wife when she called to inquire. This is by far the worst moving experience Ive ever had and they dont care at all. They also completely missed on their pricing estimate and its costing over double what was quoted.

Use anyone else. Seriously.

The worst. They didn't allow me to see scaling on Vancouver after pickup and now on Ontario the scaling is extremely high. Rescaling is for 350$ and you have to be on call and go within 30-60 minutes!

Moved my 3 bedroom household goods from Vancouver(Coquitlam) to Kingston, Ontario and the worst experience I could have ever had. Lost more than 35% of my stuff; damaged about 20% of the goods; filed a claim and was told they willing to pay $100/=
My worst experience; their customer service is very poor to say the least.
My recommendation would be 'USE ANY OTHER TOM DICK OR HARRY" but never Across Canada Van Lines; save yourself the trouble of even calling them.

Moving is an expensive business, and since I was all by myself with no friends to help me I was forced to use a moving company. I am glad I made a right decision choosing Across Canada Moving. Moving day has always given me my years’ worth of an anxiety and a day of "I will never do this ever again. Nevertheless the cost was way less than I was expecting. Their crew was by far the friendliest and most helpful moving crew I have ever experienced. They were very professional and had top notch customer service. I would highly recommend them and I am very delighted with Across Canada Moving service.

We had an amazing moving experience with the 3 movers that Across Canada Van Lines sent to us. They arrived on time, got set up to protect the floors in our house, wrapped and carefully moved every item, and were quick about it too! We had asked for someone to pack our art, and could not have asked for a more professional job. The three people we got were really great, and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone moving in Canada.

With 11 moves behind us, we were nervous about any moving company but Across Canada Van Lines was different. On time, on budget and faster than we expected but, more than that, they were so nice and friendly and caring about making sure our things were handled well. I hired Across Canada Van Lines to move some large pieces of furniture & boxes and I have nothing but great things to say about them.

We had a very last minute move requirement and had to do it REALLY early on a Wednesday morning and I am so thankful that I moved with Across Canada Van Lines. We would like to let you know how pleased we are with your service. What a difference this move made! We had moved several times before, but this was the first time with Across Canada Van Lines. A totally different experience. The three men were professional, helpful and took great care with our furniture. We had it stored while our house was being renovated and everything was returned in first class order. Not a scratch or breakage on anything. They even managed to put together some complex IKEA office furniture (never an easy task). Also, protective floor covering was spread all through the house. To top it off, the final bill was substantially less than the original estimate. Toronto to vancouver

We moved from Quebec city to Vancouver, they are very nice on the pick-up and ask for no down payment (mistake number one). It is a cheap moving company that wants to get your items first then on delivery day charge extras and extras. They want you to look on paper and say wow this mover is the cheapest, and also doesn't require payment upfront sounds great. They have a horrible claim policy if you get 1000 worth damage and did pay for extra insurance --they will give you 90 to repair the furniture. You will not talk to a live person for claims as well. But please take this review and just read up on them, look at their rating with the Better Business Bureau or other reviews, either you find 10/10 or 1/10 so it makes me wonder who writes the 10/10 reviews.

I have moved from Aurora to Winnipeg last month with Across Canada Van Lines and I was very happy with the service I got from these folks.At both sides the movers very professional and efficient.I like the way that they wrapped my furniture and packed my LED TV.
