Would give 0 stars if possible.

Was prepared to do a cash deal today on a new car, but the unprofessionalism and dishonesty from sales associate Dave (Dopinder) Bhogal was the sole reason Red Hill Toyota lost the sale of a new car today.

If you must do business here, save yourself the trouble and avoid Dave (Dopinder) Bhopal.

We just bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition. Darcy was patient and very informative. We had a great experience. We can’t wait to buy another vehicle with him in the near future.

Failed Vehicle Inspection "

As we are from the Province of New Brunswick and had to return our leased vehicle by early June, we purchased a used Dodge Journey from Red Hill Toyota. Before taking ownership of the vehicle I inquired about a shudder in the brake system and was informed that it was just the anti lock brake system kicking in. As I am not a mechanic, I believed Marco. We used the car sparingly in Ontario as we were staying with my daughter.

Upon returning to New Brunswick we had to have our vehicle go through a N.B. Motor Vehicle Inspection, which is required to operate a vehicle registered in NB. It failed because of the front rotors and pads not meeting safety standards. Red Hill would not accept any responsibility even though there were less than 4000 kms put on the vehicle. The company that inspected my car stated that the car was not road worthy because the rotors were very corroded and required replacement. It should have been corrected before the vehicle left the shop.

I spoke to both Marco and Jon Kirk (used car manager) about this problem and they stated their mechanic had passed the car before it left the shop, as required by ON law. Jon stated that the car had 50% brake wear when I drove it off the lot and they would not accept any responsibility. Maybe they should have checked the rotors as well.

Marco came across as an honest salesman and as a previous Toyota customer of the Toyota Franchise, I trusted Red Hill Toyota. I believe that somewhere in the system someone overlooked or let slide the fact that the rotors were so bad. I spent $500.00 + for replacement.

Not happy with this Franchise. There are others in the area, check them out first.

I purchased a vehicle from Redhill Toyota 4 months ago and it was coming in for its first oil change. You broke all previous fears of taking my car into a dealership for service. My biggest fear was that, it was going to cost me double the price of a regular garage. Cost was a factor I have been off work for 4 months. It was a wonderful surprise to find out the 1st oil change was free.
You noticed the back windshield wiper was broken. (Good inspection) I forgot to mention it and I would have been angry at myself for not having it repaired. You were able to insert a part at no charge.
The noise I complained about in the front wheel, turned out to be a hub cap that was squeaking. You oiled it, again no charge.
You sent a taxi to pick me up because your fleet vehicle was not immediately available.
I consider myself blessed to have received all of this at no charge . Thank you for your wonderful service and to know I have a place to take my car where there are honest reliable people like you and your team is wonderful. Thanks John Brooks!!!

We had the privilege of having Darcy Gerrior as our product advisor! His friendly, honest, easy going manner made us feel extremely comfortable, and we knew that this was where we wanted to purchase our next new vehicle! Never at any time did we feel rushed or pressured, his extensive knowledge about the vehicle was insurmountable to us making the proper decisions easy! My husband recently purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Darcy and Illia. The service was thorough , not pushy and professional. They took us on a tour of their facility and service department. They were kind and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions.

We had the good fortune to have Darcy Gerritor as our sales person. Darcy's knowledge of the vehicle, his warm personality and caring and honest attitude made it a very easy decision. I had my 2003 Toyota Corolla in for service, on Nov 14/17. Again, I had spent a good deal of money for poor results. The mechanic/technician did not bother to refasten the undercarriage plastic shrouding,that protects the bottom of the engine and chasis from road debris and such. I had to refasten the shrouding myself,on my day off,while laying outside in my driveway in the cold. I did not bother to call the service manager at Red Hill Toyota, because in the past when there were issues they were never addressed and or resolved.The only reason that I take my Corolla to Redhill Toyota for service, is due to its proximity to my home.

My wife and I decided to venture down from Toronto to Redhill Toyota on the recommendation of a friend who had purchased a RAV 4 at Redhill. We were in the market for a Crossover or compact SUV and had decided to look at a few different options in the area. We went to a few other dealerships but the team at Redhill did a great job providing the best information in a very patient way. We had the good fortune of Darcy Gerrior helping us with our inquiries. By far and away Darcy provided the most comprehensive information about the vehicle we were interested in. He showed us everything about the car from under the hood to the entire exterior and interior providing us with all the information anyone would need to help make a car buying decision. Even the test drive with Darcy was much more informed than the other dealerships that didn't provide a tenth of the information that Darcy did. Plus they came in at a great price and car mats. Also Debbie Turgeon in Finance was very patient and accommodating in helping us to close the deal. Redhill Toyota is worth the trip in from Toronto.

Just picked up a 2016 Avalon Limited from Redhill Toyota. Fantastic car. Special thanks to Darcy Gerrior for a thorough demonstration of the car and its features. He even took time to set up my phone and program radio stations. Spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving the dealership. Excellent service. Also want to thank Cori Smith in service for walking me through the scheduled maintenance program for my car. Both Cori and Darcy were very professional and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for anything. Thank you both very much. You have a customer for life.

Marco has helped us buy 7 Corollas and has been such a trusted advisor. He is the best! We will always got to him for help and recommend him to everyone we know. We don't buy the most expensive vehicle and have only purchased used but he treats us with such respect and kindness you would think we were buying the best. Just happened to stumble across this dealership when looking for a used car. Thank god I did. Marco Perrelli is the most comfortable sales person to deal with that I have ever come across. He walked me through the lot of cars explaining the benefits (and shortfalls) of the available vehicles. He made me comfortable knowing that the car I would pick was a good car to buy. I didn't think I was going to buy the car I did, but once I got in and drove it, it was mine!!! All the staff, from Reception, to Debbie Turgeon, to Marco "my man" Perrelli were the best. No pressure and you just felt comfortable being yourself. I asked tons of questions, all of which were answered. When I picked up the vehicle, Marco made sure it was in pristine condition and it was sooo fun to drive my new baby off the lot! I would highly recommend Marco and this dealership to anyone who wants an experience that will exceed expectation. They provide more than what you need and everything you want. I love my car and will and have already began telling my friends, neighbours and will tell anyone who needs a vehicle to go to where they will have the best time spending their money. This SERVIS on Barton Street desperate.
Took the car because of recalls for air bags,on 12 August 2015.
I had the lights off on the instrument panel, when I drove the car at them.
NOW air bag is ON constantly after their service, and the horn for car no longer works.
After several attempts, and two days car in service, they told me that I should change the sensor for air bags.
Now I drive a car with faulty air bags for the driver, the passenger is correct.
I wonder whether it is only one sensor for air bags, or for each passenger in the car has a special sensor.
After what happened to me in the Toyota, with them, never to go into service.
After all, Mrs. told me that he would not charge $ 100 for an overview of the car.

Last week I bought a 2010 Toyota Venza from RedHill Toyota and I must say that it was a positive experience. The salesperson was Eunice Gallo who is not only very friendly. but she listens to you and she tries very hard to help you make the right decision. There was no pressure in trying to sell you a car, and instead, she shows genuine interest in selling you a product that you are going to be happy with for years to come. My wife and I were very impressed with her professionalism and her excellent knowledge of the Toyota line of cars. In my opinion, she is a great asset to RedHill Toyota and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.
We traveled all the way from Richmond Hill to Hamilton to buy the car, and we are glad that we not only bought the car from this dealership, but we met Eunice whom we now consider to be a good friend of the family.

I recently purchased a used Toyota Venza 2011 from Redhill Toyota. Before I spoke to Marco in sales Dept - i was apprehensive of how the sales guy would sell me the guy that got him the maximum mileage and my interest would not be protected. I am happy to say that I got in touch with Marco Perrelli - Senior Product Advisor @ Redhill Toyota and he gave me the completed picture regarding the Venza the pro's and con's the pricing comparison between different options/cars. There was no pressure for a quick sale and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommend him for his honest approach to sales and a very courteous personality. I only wish other salesmen learn something from him and improve their customer service.

Redhill Toyota is lucky to have Marco... on their side.

I had a very positive experience at REDHILL Toyota this week. I needed to buy a car in a hurry and did not wish to waste time and be stressed. I visited three Toyota dealers in the area and REDHILL was definitely superior.
I contacted the dealership via the email link from the Toyota.Ca website and received a very rapid response for Mike McGuigan. Despite being at a sales conference he took the time to give me the information I asked for and contacted me by phone at my request. I met him at the dealership in the evening and both he and Alexander Contreras from the sales staff worked very hard to ensure that I was able to buy the exact car I wanted at an acceptable price.
I unfortunately had to call and cancel the sale the next day due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I called Mike and he quickly confirmed that I could cancel the sale and my deposit was refunded.
All the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable and there were lots of women around. There was a nice children's play area and waiting area and a good atmosphere in the building. I drove from Oakville and it was worth the drive. Non Hamilton residents - do not panic - the dealership is very easily accessible from the QEW and you do not have to drive in downtown Hamilton or negotiate any one way streets. It was extremely fast to get there from Burlington also.
I will definitely return to this dealership when I am able to go ahead with my new car purchase.

Used to go here for service and was disgusted with the attitude of the Service Department. Linda in particular left me with a bad taste for this dealership because of her ineptitude and deliberate pushing of "additional service items" that happened to be mentioned and not adequately described when vehicle was left off. Tried to push extra services for " reprogramming " of computer when tires were changed. When this service was refused the vehicle miraculously was perfect when picked up..... Really! Big mistake to try conning a mechanic. Other than her, everyone else at this dealership is most helpful especially Mike in sales. Too bad for this dealership that they employ someone in service whose attitude is a real turnoff for customers. This was the closest dealership to my work and therefore very convenient but after several bad experiences in shoddy service, I determined to go elsewhere. Listen up Red Hill Toyota...... I would have purchased another Toyota as they are excellent vehicles but the service personnel attitudes is a real turn off.

onestly, worst service ever. My starter broke on my Toyota Corolla, and because of the quick decision I had to make, I dropped it off Monday night to get the starter fixed Tuesday. They called Tuesday morning as they said they would and said "We need to test the car first - battery etc. which will cost 59$ can we go ahead with this?" I said "Yes" and they told me once they knew for sure what the problem was (Even though it was clear it was the starter) that they would call me back. The lady didn't call back, I had to call her. She informed me that it was indeed the starter (which was obvious from the beginning) and that it would be $300.00 for the part and $99 for labor. I went ahead with this (Even though $300 is way over priced for a starter, it should only be MAX $200.00) so then they go ahead and tell me that the starter part wont be delivered to their dealership until the next day, Wednesday. This was so annoying because she could have told me that earlier so then I could have re-arranged my meetings at work, but nope I had to call to find this out. Wednesday morning I call them at 830 asking when my car will be done (yes i had to call them again) she said 9am. HMMM funny considering wasn't the starter suppose to arrive at 9? Liars. So I go to pick my car up at 9am sharp.. I end up waiting around with my dad until 9:30 for the dumb girl at the service department to finally pull up our bill which she had to get from a lady named Linda, who literally gave us the bill and walked away.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The other girl at the front then proceeded to say "so did she explain it to you?" we replied with a "you were right here, she just walked away soo no she didn't explain this to us" we then asked this girl further questions about the bill since "Linda" didn't explain, this girl replies with "actually im not sure i don't really know much about it" ARE YOU KIDDING ME, what kind of service reps do you have working for you...? SO THIS IS NOW 45 minutes in, we were waiting 45 minutes to just get our BILL I then had to go to work so my dad continued with the people. He waited 30 more minutes for "Linda" to come and explain the bill, which she never did so my dad had to yell at everyone in there just to get a manager to come down and figure out the bill which they actually jacked the price up to $99 for the vehical check. WHAT RETARDS. SERIOUSLY ARE YOU RUNNING A BUSINESS? BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. FIGURE IT OUT. OVER CHARGED, UNDER SERVICED. RIDICULOUS. Ex customer, Ouch! Looks like we truely dropped the ball during your last experience. Our General Manager is out of the office this week and I am the owner. I will look into these comments tomorrow and call you myself. Please allow me a few hours tomorrow to look into what occurred and make things right. We would like to thank Eunice Gallo for great service when buying my 2008 Yaris. She showed me and my husband many cars, and didn't try sell me a brand new car once she understood that I wanted a used small car, and thats what I got. Eunice was happy, nice, and really enjoyed my grandson Jesse. She even called me a few days after I bought the car and took it home to make sure it was a good car for me, Which showed me that it wasn't all about the money and business, but that she cared about my family, and how we were doing.

I went car shopping with my wife because my 1998 toyota corolla which has been the best car Ive ever bought is starting to need some repairs; tires, brakes maintance. I was a bit hesitant about shopping for a car because my friends tell me of their terrible experiences buying a hyundai! I took my corolla to the service department at Red Hill Toyota they were friendly and explained what my vehicle needed. A Salesman "Mark McGrath" introducted himself to me while getting a coffee I asked him about the Camry and Rav 4.He was GREAT he explained the vehicles to us and really took the time to help. I thought I would want to upgrade my car but after talking my wife decided that we didnt want a big vehicle just something new that was good on gas. Mark was able to get me the money I wanted for my 1998 Corolla and a great deal. I'm now driving my new 2012 Sport Corolla and couldn't be happyer. RED hill Toyota Sales and Service ROCKS! I will definitely service my Corolla there and tell my friends about Mark.
