Where do I begin! One of my colleagues told me about the great service they got from Sam Assi at Oakville Honda so I decided to give him a shot... Sam was AMAZING! From the moment I walked into the dealership he was very professional and willing to help me find the perfect car. He guided me through both the new and used lot and I was able to find something that I love. It was very nice to see a salesman who cares about his customers and knows his stuff inside out, I will definitily be refering him to all my family and friends! Thank you to Sam and the rest of the Oakville Honda team for putting me into my new vehicle!

I had a headache the night we walked into Oakville Honda so that I could explore a new car, but that quickly faded into the background. Martin Saad was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked us through all the features, answered every question, and made himself available for multiple test drives (2 people testing 2 different cars). He even makes a pretty good cup of coffee. Buying a new car takes many steps and lots of careful thinking. Martin's professionalism, transparency and friendliness made it a great experience.

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic EX and was extremely pleased with the service I received from Martin Saad. From the minute we walked in the door he made it very clear he was willing to do whatever he had to in order to make us happy and make the experience a positive one.

I will be recommending him to anyone I know in the market for a new car.

I am a Financial Advisor and Life insurance Agent with Edward Jones Investments and my office is located in the Great Lakes plaza.

I am use to handle large sums of money often in the millions for clients in Oakville. In fact I have invested heavily in Honda Shares for my clients in the past, as I mainly work with ultra high network individuals. In my field I have learned how to select genuine and honest individuals from a crowd a mile away. I am not saying this to show off but more so to explain the level where I am coming from and the seriousness of me taking my time to write this review.

I wanted to share my experience at Honda Iroquois Shore. I have been a loyal client of Khan since 2009. Khan has gone above and beyond for me and my wife in keeping our proud Honda in the best condition. He has been my car advisor and his advices have always been for my benefit. He is the reason why I haven’t purchased the S Class series Mercedes Benz I waned to buy. I have also always been impressed by your mechanic crew, but lately one in particular surnamed “Sims” (I believe this is how it is spelled) has stood out in a class by himself. Yesterday I brought my car in. It was late, almost closing time, I was not expecting any service but I took a chance. To my surprise, and without hesitation, Sims realized that my breaks were seized. He said he could smell them and next thing you know, Sims was under my car checking my wheels and feeling the heat coming out of them. No one asked him to diagnose my car but he felt it was his responsibility. He asked relevant questions, and explained on the spot the issues and what could be done. I felt totally at ease with him and he demonstrated real care. Sims explained how this would be a very expensive job. I could see in Sims the passion and seriousness of his dedication to the his craft. This man is a CAR WIZ! To my amazement he even decided to see what he could do in making sure he would salvage the parts as much as he could, thus helping our family with the upcoming expenses. Something that almost made me fall on the ground is when Sims said “I see you all the time you come here you are loyal to Honda, I will help you” and Khan said “Yes this guy does not know anywhere else than with us so we have to make sure he is well served.” They are right but I did not think they noticed to this level. Now that is impressive!!!!!

Khan and Sims deserve a very good raise Or better yet a Promotion! I believe promotion is more what I have in mind. These guys are the front line of your business, the right and left lung of your shop, they are the heartbeat of Honda Iroquois Shore!! Honestly, whoever believe that the Dealership sales force is where the business is ran from is a fooling himself, yes they are useful but not as much as the service guys and the mechanic guys. Salesmen are an event in time, they sell you a car once and often they are no longer working for the company, that is just the reality of it.

These guys are the real deal!

They are the reason why we keep coming and tell my ultra rich clients that I drive a Honda and the service that I enjoy the most.

More than money the these two individuals, in my opinion are the pride of Oakville Honda Iroquois Shore. I would like if you could please read this letter to the staff, as going above and beyond is not something we often see nowadays in this "me first" society. I hope they stay for long with Honda Iroquois and if they were to go to another dealership, I believe I would also follow them as they in my opinion are what makes the experience exceptional.

This was our first time buying a car, and we had been to a few other dealerships. Oakville Honda was the best by far. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and we didn't feel like they were just trying to swindle us out of our money, like we had at other places. I highly recommend this dealership! We were working with Martin Saad, who was new to the dealership. He is an amazing asset to the dealership and I would work with him again in an instant. We will definitely be recommending him and the dealership to friends and family.

We bought a 2011 CRV from Oakville Honda in November 2014. Our sales representative was Sam Assi. He was exceptional from the very first phone call. We travelled from Niagara Falls to see the vehicle they had on their property that met our requirements. I can't express enough how fairly he treated us, he was very honest, I never felt once that he was being the "dishonest car sales guy". The day that I went to pick up the vehicle he sat with me and spent a lot of time showing me every detail of the car, all the controls and settings on the console, under the hood, the doors, the trunk... everything. He used to work in an auto shop so he has a background with repairs which made me feel even better about having him as our sales rep. I would definitely recommend Oakville Honda and Sam Assi!

After having my snow tires put on I noticed more vibration than I remembered from previous season, especially at highway speed. I brought it back to have both the balancing and brakes checked as I wasn't sure what the cause was. After a false start, the necessary adjustments were made. This past Saturday I had to travel to Toronto and the ride was very smooth - no vibration and no jerkiness in the brakes. Thanks to Kan & Linda for sorting out the earlier mix-up and James & Philip for the special drop-off.

I would like to thank Honda Oakville, especially my salesman JP for the best Customer Service I had in buying my car. I have been through this experience few times, not directly for myself but I can say that it was so smooth, enjoyable experience, easy, fun, great service, JP's way is convincing in a nice way, he knows what he is talking about, he gives you options that you were not thinking of, he works with you and tries his best to help you find what you want.
The more exciting part was when I got the car, the way he explained everything to me, his patience on me to sign, go through all the logistics and explaining the features of the car. He made my day and put a smile on my face.
Couldn't be more excited and having fun buying something expensive.
JP doesn't make you feel he is a salesman, but a person who cares to get you something you are looking for and want within your limits.

I definitely will recommend him to anyone who would want to buy a Honda.

I recently purchased a used 2010 Honda Fit from Oakville Honda and dealt with Rizwan Mohammed. I found him to be very helpful and worked with me to find solutions to the concerns that I had, for example we were able to include an extended warranty in the deal. At the end of the process I felt that we had arrived at a fair and reasonable price for the vehicle that I purchased.

I was a first-time car buyer perusing used vehicles around the Southern Ontario region. Although a couple of vehicles caught my eye, I eventually purchased a vehicle from Oakville Honda. The differences was the transparency the dealership displayed, the consideration the staff showed to the customers, making them feel as if they were the only people in the dealership, and a well-planned service that deserves more recognition than it currently receives.

Besides having the CarProof available, the staff were willing and patient enough to answer all of our concerns, even when we repeated ourselves. Through prior experience with other staff, we have seen our concerns dealt with annoyance and irritation; the difference at Oakville was very positive.. They did not beat around the bush and exposed faults about the car as easily as its good points.

The dealership was very busy, but one staff member, Jacky T, made us feel as if we were the only customers at the dealership. He did not bother answering any phone calls or side errands. Nearly all of his time was spent discussing the car with us. Since we visited the dealership several times, anytime we contacted the staff, our calls would be answered or returned.

The service plan also deserves a mention. Anti-theft features and nitrogen gas features for tires come standard for vehicles. There is a comprehensive warranty for 30 days after the vehicle is bought. I am happily driving my car right now, certain that I can fix any problems that arise over the next three weeks.

I just recently bought a CRV from Oakville Honda. The salesperson Kerry Mcshane was amazing! She was very helpful with all my questions and was very organized. She really made buying a car easy and enjoyable. Everyone else there was great as well!
