I Went to Oakville Yamaha with my 2009 FJR1300. After reading positive reviews on this site.
Someone had backed into my bike in the previous season and taken off. I had the bike apart, new parts ready, old parts painted, but no time to reassemble. It also needed a full service and a new battery, (battery was original). The work was done fast and professionally, for a great price.
Further, I live in Toronto, when I had to pick up the bike, the shop is just a short walk from the Bronte Go station. Very Convenient.
Thanks Guys.

MY FZ1 was experiencing a low oil light after a few minutes of riding plus heavy clutch drag. Checked on Google and found a rider who had the same symptoms. The plug in the end of the clutch shaft had fallen out. Tried to buy a new plug and gasket, and after the parts guy couldn't find the plug he asked why I needed it. I explained the above to him and his advice "well, why don't you take it to the Google service department. I bought the parts elsewhere, bought my next motorcycle elsewhere too even though I could walk to Oakville Cycle

Oakville Yamaha has great prices, service and quick turn around.
They work on all makes of bikes. Today I noticed my drive chain was making alot of noise on my way to work. Since they are very close to my Job I gave them a call. They checked it out and notice that it had tight spots as well as worn links causing the noise. Brough bike to Shop at Lunch time, a new chain was installed, they test road the bike to ensure noise was gone and picked it up after work. Bike know Runs like new. Great ride home.

Very pleased with the service

Was having issues with a 99 WR400. Took the carb in to be cleaned. They replaced needle/seat + gasket. Bike wouldnt start after so I brought it down and Jeff got it going out in the lot at no charge. I didnt realise I had to adjust the idle and figure out the start sequence on the old dog!!

Anyway, the bike runs beautiful and starts first kick either hot or cold...a good sign the work was done properly and not a quick float bowl remove and blow out like other places....My buddies cant believe how well it starts and runs now. Great overall service, best I have found in the area!

Highly recommended!!

I've been looking at tail packs for my bike for a while and had pretty much decided that Kriega was the solution except that I couldn't be sure as no one had them locally. However, in the thread I started here about the bags I heard that Oakville Yamaha had them in stock... I've never heard of Oakville Yamaha.

I decided to ride out to check them out, but while pre-flighting the bike I noticed that the rear tire that I thought had a wee bit of life left in it, didn't. I rode to the shop anyway, having decided this would be the last ride on those tires.

Once at the shop (615 Third Line in Oakville, www.oakvilleyamaha.com) I found a super clean, well organized shop that had a lot of quality products in stock at what appeared to be very good prices. I met the owner, Elio, a very friendly guy who spent a bunch of time with me regarding the bags... but now my priority was tires. I decided to see what they could do the tires for but they didn't have the tires I had decided on in stock The parts guy, Carm, proved himself to be another solid customer service guy and was able to get pretty close to the delivered price from an online retailer for set that I was happy with (Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa). But I had planned on saving the install costs by installing the tires myself so I had hit a speed bump.

In the end, after the use of their computer to read some reviews and verify my knowledge of the tires I was now looking at, some refreshments and a lot of top notch customer service, Elio worked me a deal that saw me ride away on new rubber, installed, with a tail bag system strapped to the bike, all in, for just under what I could have had both items delivered for and then install the tires myself!

A big thumbs up to Elio, Carm and the tire guy (who's name I didn't get) for great pricing, quality stock and above all, fantastic customer service. I WILL be back!!
