Toronto Limousine Service

Our experience with Toronto Limousine Service was not pleasant at all.

I used the services for my bachelorette party and however it was not bad but it was not great. Our driver was nice enough to open the door for us and take a picture of our group. He was rushing us which I thought was not very nice. He had the address of the place on the itinerary but would complain that he had no idea where it was or how to get there. This was my first time in a limo but not for many of my guests. I had nothing to compare it to but knew that the attitude of the driver who was a little smug and not so friendly towards the end was not exactly what I should be getting for my bachelorette party. The pickup was also rushed and just as non-friendly as the beginning of the night. He told us that he would be leaving if we all didn't make it to the limo in 15 minutes. We still had girls in the washroom at the time. I thought his attitude was beyond rude.

I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and see how it was on my wedding day. Maybe not such a good idea. It was terrible service which is not what you want to experience on your wedding day.

First, it was raining and the short distance from my apartment to where he was parked I expected that he would have come out of the limo with an umbrella to walk over and open the door for us. Instead I had to run over in the rain and knock on his window to ask for an umbrella which he at first said he didn’t have and then said he did- except this umbrella had a huge hole in it. We all basically walked over without any coverage. The driver still did not get out of the limo to help us in as we had a few children with us. It wasn’t until he saw us all struggling to get in is when he got out of his car to not help but to tell us to HURRY UP.

At this point we were on time because he was about 20 minutes early to my house. We were on the road and he decided to take a construction zoned street up.. Now I am assuming a driver should map out his route to try and avoid any traffic/construction zones. He did not. He sat in traffic and didn’t bother to take an alternate route until many of us complained to him and then he took a different way. I was supposed to be at the chapel by 2:30 p.m. and we were still quite a ways at this time and I was starting to get very anxious which is when he decided to pull over and walk into subway to go to the washroom.. I definately did not appreciate this as I was already late and he had already went to the washroom at McDonalds before we started driving. This was totally unprofessional.

I had two champagne bottles for us to enjoy but it was very hard to drink any of it as he was very heavy on the break and gas. We had a few spills on our dresses. I did not appreciate this at all. He had no consideration for us whatsoever.

We finally arrived at the chapel just as my groom was which is what we were trying to avoid. I had to sneak away and got to enjoy only a few minutes of my bridal suite before I had to rush to finish getting ready and walk down the aisle. This added a lot of stress on me.

The lady from the chapel is the one who opened the limo door and helped us all out as he sat in the front seat and questioned our pick up time. I am pretty sure he was supposed to have the itinerary..

He waited for us until the ceremony was done and again did not hold the door open or help anyone in.

We arrived at the hall on time which is where I sat with him alone in the limo and he took the payment. He proceeded to ask me if I could give him a tip. I responded that tip was already included and that I didn’t believe the service warranted a tip. He was not impressed. I was not impressed and highly disappointed in the service that I received on my wedding day.

Pick up was fine. We had a couple intoxicated people which made us change the drop off location but the driver was dead set on dropping us off at the hotel. My maid of honor had to fight with him to make him understand that he cannot drop these drunk people off there and asked that he please drop us off at our home. He did but he was not very nice about it. He was not a bad driver though.

All together it was not a pleasurable experience and defiantly not worth the amount of money that we paid for what was supposed to be a stress free, fun and enjoyable transportation throughout my wedding date. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I together with our friends and family were very unhappy with the service we received on our wedding date and feel like we got very ripped off.

Sent an email to the company to voice our concerns but still have got no response. I sent a follow up email explaining how unprofessional it was that not even a response with an apology or anything. Completely disregarding my email. It truly relfects how terrible and unprofessional this company is. I would never reccomend this service to anyone. Ever. I wonder how they are still running.

I recently was part of wedding party that used toronto limousine services and we were very happy with the service and cleanliness of the limo.

I recomend everyone uses them..They are the best.

We used this company to book a limo for a bachelorette party and the night went from good to bad very quickly. First, the limo driver couldn't find the address and called my daughter's house twice for directions and still couldn't find it. We ended up flagging him down on the street. At least he showed up on time.

At the end of the night when we were being picked up, things got worse. We were running late trying to settle the bill and the driver said that if the entire party wasn't in his car within the allotted 15 minute time-frame, he would charge us $100 for each 15 minute period that we were late. Needless to say we were late and had to pay the $100 late fee before he would even let us back into the limo.

As he drove us home along the 401 we asked him about the drop offs because we had requested 3 separate drop offs and paid extra for this service. The driver told us that he only had one drop off on his paperwork and he wasn't making 3 stops. My daughter immediately called their office and spoke to the dispatcher who was't very helpful. My daughter even showed the limo driver a copy of an email she received from Toronto Limo Services confirming the pre-booked drop offs, but he still refused to comply. When we started to complain, the limo driver threatened to "kick us out of his car". When we continued to complain, he pulled over onto the shoulder of the 401 at about 3 am, opened the door, and told us all to "get out!". When no-one exited the limo, he continued to drive us to one address and we all got out. We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us. After we exited the limo, the limo driver yelled "lady you've got a big mouth" when he overheard us voicing our opinions about his behaviour. So much for professional, courteous service!

My husband ended up driving everyone home safely. Needless to say, when we tried to get in touch with the manager of Toronto Limousine Services (on several occasons) none of our calls were returned. We are now lodging a complaint with the Licensing Commission because this driver was very unprofessional, rude and endangered the lives of 7 women when he ordered us out of his limo on highway 401 at about 3 am. We are now questioning whether this company is licensed and if the people they use are licensed.

My daughter is getting married and she will not be using this company for her wedding or for her fiances' stag party.
