Needed some of my business items. This is what I was met with. I have the end unit. No help for days except $50 credit. District manager never bothered to contact me. The two people I dealt with working there were great. I understand alot of snow but the lack of communication from the district manager and help on how to gain access to the unit was zero.

I’ve been renting with them and I’m not sure what is going on but every single time I go there to grab stuff I keep finding rat droppings in my unit and the rats have eaten so many of my boxes. I’m currently looking at other places because nothing is being done about this

100% would recommend this storage facility. The staff was great, answered all my questions, and always did everything they could to help. I thought I would need the facility for max 6 months and ended up needing it for over a year, as well as rented 2 units. I was helped by Tania, Nick, and Alpha - they were all amazing!

Was easy booked online and next day met with helpful staff, got a complete tour of facility, they have carts to help you move your things and place is very clean. Longer open times would be nice. So far very satisfied

When I made the reservation they told me the due date is on December 12, but on 10th they called me and ask to register or it will be cancelled. I didn't have issue and TJ helped me nicely to confirm my registration and rental for 6 month and the rate will be fixed for that time. My experience with them so far wasn't bad and hope the problem with low reviews had been solved.

We had trouble exiting the gate that normally opens upon exiting. We waited thinking someone had to open it for us. The attendant on site looked at us through the window while we sat there for 5 mins trying to get the code to open the door. I understand it’s a security measure to get in but we were trying to leave. We parked the car a few minutes later to cancel our emptied locker at the office but the door was locked. The attendant was nowhere to be seen. Door was locked and we later saw her leave in her vehicle. This was at 12:45 pm so someone else should have been on duty. Now we will have to come back during hopefully their still open hours.

SmartStop self Storage is the best place in Mississauga. I have spoken to Mr. Nick he was The Best Person to deal with. I very happy to have Storage in that place.

The storage facility might be good. But I have never talked to a more rude customer care personnel in my life. He was extremely non pleasant, RUDE, sounded angry when he talked to me and DID NOT HAVE THE PATIENCE TO LISTEN TO THE QUERIES THAT I HAD TO ASK. This prodded me to go along with another branch instead.

SmarStop Mavis Rd has been a very nice experience. The lady there was very courteous and informative down right to the last detail. All my questions were satisfactorily answered resulting in a great completed agreement to rent.
Premises are clean, well spaced and suitably constructed.
I chose SmartStop Mavis over 4 other facilities because they met all my requirements very well.
My compliments to the lady at the counter. Very impressive.

This is the best place for storage renting ! The staff’s are very professional and friendly ! Nick and Tania was very helpful at the time of operation of the storage . Keep it up!

Had an amazing experience at this storage facility! Way better than any we’ve ever been to! Nick was the nicest person! Helped explain everything and showed us around to our unit! Definitely made the experience less stressful! This will be our go to storage forever!

Before choosing a storage facility I did my due diligence and went to look at 6 different options. By far SmartStop was the best choice. My decision was easy due to a few employees. Tania and Nick were great to deal with. Tania was very helpful in choosing what size storage I needed.

I have already recommended other family and friends to use SmartStop!!

I am renting a storage unit at this location and I received a call from Nick that my locker door was not locked properly and he prompted me to come immediately and lock it up. Thank you for looking out for me. I appreciate the amazing work!!!

Came here booked through call centre and when I got here they I found out that the call centre created so many issues for us and when we got there nick was able to navigate and help us out he was super kind and welcoming and he really helped us out and made my life 10x more easier the call centre truly created many issues and I wouldn’t reccomend using them to reserve I would reccomend u just walk in and save the headache. I truly appreciated nicks effort and great customer service.

This place is absolutely unsafe to store your staff (previous reviews) and to be there as a customer. Because Nick will just slam the door on your shoulder. Nick was very disrespectful and unprofessional in doing his job. His aggressive behavior and attitude lead him to close the unit door on my shoulder .Nick should be fired immediately. He also pointed his finger at me and didn't even apologize for his wrongdoing. I called the distributor manager, and he said, "I can't help you. You should call the police." Well done.

Of all the storage facilities I have seen, this is by far the best. Very well lit, clean and good place inside the unit with high ceiling.
Amazing experience, and good price as well.
All in all a completely positive experience.
