ordered an item with xpress shipping (2days) on jan 22. item got to toronto on jan 25th but canada post could not deliver because address was incomplete which was error on senders end but was blamed on me. i spoke to customer service and asked for them to send me a new item so i would not have to wait for canada post to return it to the sender and then for the sender to reship the item to me. Hush customer service department denied my request for the new item because they said i would have to wait until they receive the item so they can inspect it and then reship it back to me. there was no logical sense on their end. why make me wait so long? why not send me a new item? inspection is not needed since i never received the package and it was not something that can be damaged. pointless waiting time since it is now jan 28th and the item is still in toronto. extremely disappointing customer service. i do not recommend purchasing from hushcanada.com
