Adjustable Beds Plus

Michael guided us to the best product for our needs, with no up sale pressure or gadgets we didn't need. He took the time, promised the set up at a specific time and day, and everything was exactly as stated. Best of all, the product is perfect!

We had made an impulse deposit at a competitor's booth at the Home Show for a pair of adjustable Tempur-Pedic twin bed frames for our master bedroom, and a Dormeo “Octaspring” mattress with memory foam formed into “coils.” Then we did our homework, got a referral from a friend to Michael Marcus at Adjustable Beds Plus, and switched instead to a much better purchase. We discovered that our original choice was not a good fit for us – the adjustable frames were not “wall hugger” style, so when the head was raised we would end up too far from the night table. And even though the memory foam had air pockets, it was going to be too hot for one of us.

Michael puts an emphasis on personalized customer experience and service, compared to other stores. He spent as much time as we needed to understand our needs, and to share his expertise to lay out our options and benefits / tradeoffs. Michael helped us to choose a “wall hugger” Leggett & Platt adjustable frame, and two Marshall mattresses. And in the end, the pricing was comparable to the Home Show deal we had gotten. Everything was delivered and set up correctly and on time. When the frame moves, it’s silky smooth and whisper quiet. We especially appreciated Michael’s extra service at modest cost to have a seamstress adjust our fitted king sheets into fitted extra-long twin sheets.

For 3 months i was sleeping on the living room recliner chair because i could no longer sleep on a flat bed. This bed has saved my life. No more screaming throughout the night and waking my husband up because the broken rods in my back cause me so much pain.
