I recently called Adjustable Beds Plus to ask about a repair for my adjustable base, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! Most companies would have just sent out a technician and charged for a service visit, but Michael went above and beyond. He answered the phone within two rings, and after I explained that my remote was flashing blue and wouldn’t move the bed, he immediately recognized it as a child lock issue. Instead of charging for a technician, Michael kindly walked me through the steps over the phone to fix it myself, and it worked perfectly! His honesty, kindness, and expertise are rare in this industry. I highly recommend Adjustable Beds Plus for their incredible customer service – they genuinely care about helping people, not just making a quick dollar. Thank you, Michael!

I don't know if the person who helped me (if that can be called help) was the owner of the place, but he did an awful job selling. Didn't care about me or what I wanted, barely said hi, no, in just a couple minutes that I was there, was maybe one of the worst experiences I've had with a person proving me a service.
Absolutely mediocre.

Amazing place, and the owner plus staff that assist him do a wonderful job. Personally worked with the owner and my case manager trying to find right bed for me. Michael went above and beyond making sure we got me the right fit. His staff that delivered my bed did a great job getting it set up and showing me how the adjustable bed setting worked and how to maneuver it. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bed to reach out here.

The motor on our aging bed gave up the ghost and Michael was almost immediately at our house to diagnose the situation. He ordered a new motor and when it arrived, he sent it with the cavalry to install it at the earliest opportunity. Kudos to Michael and his crew for acting responsibly and quickly.

I first spoke to Michael in 2017. I had bought my bed from Sears and it arrived missing parts and those delivering it did not know how to put it together. I was being discharged home in a few days and needed the bed. Michael was wonderful. He arranged everything and I was able to go home as planned. I have never forgotten his calm demeanor and kindess. Today, with fingers crossed, I phoned Michael's number again. He answered. I told him I am moving and need a description of how to take the same bed apart and put it back together. With the same calm and kindness he emailed me a video. Michael, you are one in a million. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience at Adjustable Beds Plus. You know you walked into a good place when the customers before you are singing the praises of Michael as you enter the store. I came to help get my aging parents get an adjustable bed. Michael explained every feature, option, pro/con in such a knowledge, calm and friendly manner. There was not any pushiness. He offered excellent customer service if my parents run into any issues for years to come which I know is genuine. This is so reassuring to me since I live out of town. I can't recommend this business more highly. You don't find places like this anymore.

Once again, Michael has saved the day - and very graciously, I might add. The motor on the bed crashed and within a day we had an estimate for a new motor. Installation took place within a week of Michael receiving the new motor. Now, everything is working as it should. Thank you to Michael for his quick response and especially for the efficient and caring (which don't usually go together) way that he handled the situation.

I'd give 10 stars if possible! This is honestly the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time!! Mike is genuinely "old school" with fast follow up calls, listening and then understanding the problem and patiently talking me through the solution...which took a few hours in total. My calls WERE important to him; all his help was given graciously. What a guy! Thanks, Mike.

Outstanding service and a terrific product range from the owner Michael. He is very knowledgeable and was oriented toward finding us the right solution.. very important when you are hoping a new bed can help with medical issues. (We are seniors with back pain and sleep apnea).

Michael spent all the time we needed to ensure the mattresses were right for each of us, and showed us various options for the adjustable platforms.

We felt no pressure to buy from him at all, or to go with any particular solution.

Delivery by John and Chantelle was also excellent. We live in a townhouse and they needed to bring the new bed up 3 sets of stairs. Very personable and careful in their work.

We could not be more pleased with the outcome..One month on, we are both sleeping better than we have in years!

Having severe anxiety and PTSD and head trauma as well as injuries due to a bad car accident, I was in need of an adjustable bed to allow for better, pain free sleep. I loved that I shopped by appointment and Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed a lot of compassion, putting me at ease.

I first found Micheal about 10yrs back through my cousin after going to other places searching for an adjustable bed. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I bought another adjustable bed in 2022 and have dealt with him and his staff most recently for some help and they did. Not disappoint. He again was attentive and offered suggestions. His team that came on site were kind, helpful and very friendly. ☺️

My adjustable bed stopped working and I called Mike at Adjustable beds plus and he was amazing. He walked me through what to do to try and pair my remote back to the bed.
