I was just at the Eglinton location to get the botox special for 89.99. They just tried telling me it was going to cost an additional 280.00. Are you kidding me?? I have been getting botox for 3 years and have never needed all of the units they tried to make do. I have terminal brain cancer and told them I could only afford the sale price of 89.99 for 20 units. They said sure come in. Then they refused to it! You are scammers and your advertising is illegal because it's a scam. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Claim to be the lowest price! Blatant lie. Furthermore, once you say you are not interested and went to a competitor, they harass you with calls, emails and text when you told them to stop.

I am a healthy woman who works out eats fairly well. After having children (late in life) I was concerned with my abdomen post Babies. I was not interested in surgical methods of firming/slimming by belly. I ending up coming to skin vitality for coolsculpting as I had hear great things from my coworker. It is now 3 months after my treatment - I am soooo happy with my results. My little pouch is pretty much non-existent.

Honestly ladies..and gentlemen....this treatment works!!! The clinic is beautiful and staff is awesome. Great place!

my face is deformed as a result of the nurse wanting to sell more Voluma and fillers and not care about the consequences. they spent more time disusing money than the time spent provide me with service. my face is now deformed my cheeks are huge my under eye are swollen as a result of the overflow of Volums. they never asked for a follow up or check up session to monitor the progress, nothing. I went back after three months with lumps and uneven cheeks and swollen under eyes, the person there said it's not their fault I have a disease that attacks my good cells whatever she said was not true I did all the tests. now I am looking for a plastic surgeon to fix my problem. as she said to go to my plastic surgeon to fix my problem. My advice to all of you not to step a foot into skin vitality, don't be fooled by the Facebook false advertisement they are a bunch of unprofessional individuals that only care for money. invest in a good reputable clinic.

I have been to the Yorkville location 10+ times for various services. Every time I go, I find the same things:

1) Front desk receptionists are rude and unwelcoming.
2) The appointment never occurs on time, and I can't help but think that most people coming to the clinic do not want to be hanging out in the reception area for all to see for 20+ minutes. Discretion would be nice. Also in terms of discrection, the consultant Niki asked me as we walked back to her office (loudly) "what are you here for today?"...which can be embarassing to answer when you know all are listening.
3) That gets me to the consultation and Niki. This woman should NOT BE WORKING in Sales or Customer Service. She is condescending, snotty and rude. She makes you feel like an imposition for being there. She gives very little information and makes no effort with customers (I have also heard anecdotal evidence of this from many friends).
4) The nurses are the bright light at this office, and the only reason I return. After all, they are the ones performing the services, so I figure this is what matters most! They are patient, informative, and kind.

Bear this in mind when you go!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! I WAS LOOKING AT MY VISA STATEMENT ON NOV 8TH AND THEY CHARGED MY VISA $2150.00 WITHOUT INFORMING ME AND ALSO FOR SERVICES I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.
I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILING FOR THREE WEEKS AND HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE & THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS. THEY FINALLY EMAILED ME BACK AFTER SENDING DAILY EMAILS & INFORMED ME IT WOULD TAKE 22 DAYS FOR THEM TO CREDIT MY VISA???? REALLY IT ONLY TOOK THEM A MINUTE TO PROCESS THE CHARGE ON MY VISA ON NOV 8TH.
I WILL BE CALLING MY BANK TO NOTIFY THEM OF FRAUD ON MY VISA CARD.

My mom and I were thrilled with the service and results at skin vitality. Nurse Andra was an absolute sweetheart. Place is beautiful.

Being a stlyist in a high-end yorkville salon - appearance is important! I was referred to skin vitality by a client. I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism I experienced on my first visit. I will certainly be back. Also, this clinic has fantastic referral plans! I will be referring my clients!

Than today with beauty consultant miss AURELIA...... her approach with client is abouve rudness... hard to belive people like her with no manners work as a medical consultant ....

Staff are commission based and are very very pushy. I was told that i had to get a package. Will never go back. Stay away !

So i go into Skin Vitality in Cambridge, the girl was pressuring me like crazy. I went in for one of them free trials. She didn't speak clearly in English and kept pressing me. I told her i was going to see my Cosmetic Surgeon and i will get back to them.
Then when i told Skin Vitality this they told me that they have a cosmetic surgeon, i said i would not go with this guy because i am comfortable with my Cosmetic Surgeon,
After just wanted to get the hell out of there she brought me in her office and told me to just try another one, she told me i had to sign a consent form, and i had 7 days to cancel.
After speaking with my Surgeon, i knew this product would not give me results.
I called in and Cancelled my contract and the receptionist said she would get back to me, never did, now i go to get a loan and apparently they put it on my credit score. I contacted the management and now they tell me i need to go and pay it and then i can take them to small claims court. This place is a rip off....

Terrible place they work on commission and they try to upset you by making you feel bad about yourself. My lips were all lumpy and they looked as though I had cold sores under the skin. My botox wore off in 3 weeks and they did nothing about it except to try and sell me more. I was black and blue for nearly two weeks. They Skype in the doctor - unprofessional and just awful you get what you pay for I will never go back.

Really happy that I decided to visit this clinic. I look and feel better than ever. Great staff and great services. Clinic is in the perfect location - right on Yorkville. Really good hours - very accommodating.

Waiting on RE: Refund 96 units of Botox on file and I syringe of Ultra
I made a complaint about a Botox injection that did not work. They offered to correct he problem with 5ml of Botox...of course this did not work. I suggested perhaps it was watered down...the girl injecting it did not show me where it was coming from. I was told the girl was no longer working at skin vitality and someone else could help me....go figure.
I purchased more Botox at my cost and was injected by a new girl...things went well for a short time and them the same thing happened...she disappeared "no longer working there" and her last injection didn't work. This time they did not offer assistance.
I had a very important event coming up and wanted to look my best...

I have done a few services with skin vitality. I have pleased with the results thus far. The office is spotless and tastefully decorated. The staff are extremely personable. Great customer service! 5 stars

Last year I was going through some self esteem stuff and as a result spend alot of money at this clinic.
The venus legacy treatment was extremely disappointed as i saw no results what so ever and it was unfortunate having to still pay for something in which i saw no results. The person who told me about this was very misleading and convincing.
This company only cares about money and not customer satisfaction. I voiced my concern with Samantha but all she did was gaved me a few more of the package even though i said it wasn't working for me perhaps i wasn't the best candidate. Regardless i had to still pay for something on a monthly basis for nothing in return.
These ppl need to be fair and honest with customers

Received a gift certificate from my husband last Christmas. Visited the clinic for a consultation. Consulting staff was extremely thorough and took their time with me. I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decision as to what I wanted to purchase with my gift certificate. After a long discussion, I decided on a softlift as I was looking for immediate results. It am beyond pleased with the outcome. I look refreshed but not overdone. The nurse (Liz), was a sweetheart and had a very gentle touch. I will be back!

My sister and I love your clinic! Always prompt and pleasant service. The laser hair technicians are all great! We also love your skin care products from vivier.

I am a new mom and came to skin vitality for some help with my mommy tummy. Had coolsculpting done. I am thrilled with the result. The ladies at the clinic were sweet and accommodating. I am really happy with my experience. I will be recommending skin vitality to all my girlfriends.

As a man that likes to take care of his appearance, I can tell you that this place (bar none) offers the best in anti-aging treatments and products. Very high end and competitive level pricing. Excellent customer service, always greeted with a smile, very clean, etc. Highly recommended.

one of their employees says that there is just one coolsculpting machine for all the clinics. I wonder how they plan to treat people who bought 8 coolsculpting cycles that takes 8 hours to deliver. It is a Ponzi scheme.

I got the same experience with booking the coolsculpting. It takes forever to book a coolsculpting treatment and then they send you to another location because they don’t have a machine there. They collect money and DON’T DELIVER
