I would never recommend this storage unit About eight months ago I get a call from the manager stating that my storage unit has been broken into she also let me know that they only realize that a week after so the whole week went by my storage unit was unlocked. I was advised that the gates were left open due to somebody snowplowing and basically everything of mine and my kids in the unit was stolen. They gave no compensation even though it’s in the contract but I felt like they were responsible for this due to the negligence of having the gate open and not having proper security like theyre supposed to be a secured storage unit and also this was 100% an inside job I suggest you look elsewhere before looking into these as they are very expensive and don’t have proper security. Anyone can tailgate it to the storage unit and they don’t even care when people are tailgating. Would never recommend and also I’ll say it again this was 100% an inside job

"Not written in stone" were Mark's exact words when he told me we would receive a cheque refund when we empty our storage containers early, which we did (2 containers, 8 days early) just to be told be another employee that mark has made a mistake and there is no refund. Monika is very professional and patient but was still uable to provide us with the promised refund.

I cannot recommend Yonge Street Self Storage (Bradford) to anyone. I rented a storage locker for my girlfriend for two months. Gave them two weeks notice prior to vacating, and when we did, I even swept it out. It was cleaner when we left than when it was given to us. They owe me small refund because we checked out before the end of the month. This place has no problem getting their money from customers, but when it comes to issuing a refund, good luck. It has been over 5 weeks and still no refund. I have been in 3 times inquiring about it, I get them old story and run around. If you have to use this place, pay on your due date and don't leave a day early, better yet, find a more reputable storage facility to deal with!

Called with barely any notice that I had to move my items in immediately. (Long story short, dealing with a flood). They were so kind and accommodating. When I arrived Traci made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly and was very kind. I was in a stressful state and they truly made the experience so much better. I highly recommend anyone use this place for your storage needs.

I have had my stuff in storage with YSSS since June they are a pleasure to deal with. Monica is always so helpful and happy. It is a pleasure to have to call there and be treated like you matter. Excellent business.

I have been dealing with YSSS for a year now. It was initially supposed to be a 3 month arrangement but my new home is continually delayed. Monica (at the main desk) has been so incredibly helpful I cannot thank her enough. Any time i have stopped by my unit everything is dry and secure. They have continued to honour my rate that was in effect before prices increased as I keep prepaying 6 months at a time. I am glad I opted for YSSS and am happy with their service.

I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our "Cow" during our recent renovation. For two months, the Bat-Cow sat in our driveway, safely containing and protecting our furniture and other belongings while our main floor was completely renovated. Despite rain and snow during November and December, our furniture, books, dishes and accessories emerged in great condition just in time for Christmas. It was even quite easy to access things, on the few occasions I needed to get something out of the Cow, during that time.
As well, I was pleased with the treatment I received from you and the staff. Everyone was friendly when I arrived and helpful when I had questions. I especially appreciated that you changed the delivery date and the pick-up time to accommodate the adjusted renovation schedule.
Once again, many thanks for your assistance. I would not hesitate to use, or recommend, COWS and Yonge Street Self Storage in the future.

Moving is a very stressful time and with all the "staging" and eliminating of ones furniture that seems to be required to sell your home these days it's a race against the clock as well. With help from Monika we were able to accomplish the above in a timely manner. Monika was helpful, not only in the arrangements of pick up and drop off of our "Cow", but she also helped us make a decision on what size we needed. (and she was dead on with that, too)
