Shortly after purchasing our new home, we searched for a security company and we stumbled upon Radius Security via a Google search. The internet reviews were extremely positive and after our experience, we can see why. We were looking for a company that was capable of coming to our house in a timely manner to provide us with a quote while accommodating our hectic schedules with 3 kids and 2 full-time jobs.

The gentleman who came for the initial security assessment was on time and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was approachable and informative. Ultimately, we chose Radius Security to secure our house and the installation process was similarly painless. The installation itself did take a substantial amount of time; however, they completed the job in one day, instead of the day and a half as initially projected, which we appreciated.

The follow up call after the installation was completed was a pleasant surprise, as well. It is nice to see a company follow up just to ensure our satisfaction. We were also given an opportunity to make a few suggestions on what could be improved on and comment on what we did like in respect to the installation. We felt appreciated as customers.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Radius Security to friends and family.

We have been very satisfied with the services provided by Vancouver Fire & Radius Security over the years. We were first introduced to Vancouver Fire & Security as they provided annual services on our fire extinguishers and emergency lights.

It was not until we received a telephone call from a representative introducing himself as working with Vancouver Fire & Radius Security that we determined that the Company offers alarm services as well as the annual fire inspections. We were very interested in consolidating our existing alarm services. With the help of the representative on the phone we were able to go ahead and book an appointment for a security specialist to come out to the office/residence and provide us with a quote. The sales man that came to place of business was very friendly and informative, We were very pleased. When all was said and done we opted to sign up with Radius Security., This decision has saved us over $300.00 annually. We are very pleased with this decision and are happy to know our property is protected by Radius Security.

I recently bought a new house and was on the market for a new security system when my daughter (Radius Security customer) recommended I use Radius Security. Having been using another company for the last 11 years I was a little nervous but my daughter would never steer me wrong. I called Radius Security and informed them of my situation and was greeted by a knowledgeable gentleman on the phone. He was able to understand my needs and was happy to schedule a free security assessment for me based on my time availability.

The security assessment went great, Mike Ursan (Security Specialist) was friendly and knowledgeable. The actually installation crew was on time for the installation and I was very pleased, they were actually slightly early.
