JUNCTION WEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL

My male cat got sick for the first time so you can imagine the panic and urgency we felt when trying to get him to a clinic for his health..but also ensure we had a vet who cared about his health and not just upsell certain products or procedures.
I called the Junction West Animal Hospital and told him our situtation and asked if he could see us (we had never visited the clinic before.) Dr. Saini said for us to come in right away so we did.m

Upon arriving, he saw us and our cat right away. Did a checkup and advised us of the best next steps. He even gave us a price run down before we said yes. I really appreciated that he didnt hide any costs and gave us options and let us know which steps should be done right away and which were optional. He was straight forward and considerate of the situtation. We left our cat there for a few hours to run some tests and came back to pick him up sooner than expected!

The prices were very reasonable and better yet, our little guy is feeling better. :) I def would recommend this Animal hospital!

I have lived in this area since 1988 and have several pets and have had experience with pretty much all the clinics. I am not going into the horror stories that I have experienced. Dr. Raina has restored my confidence in vets and his clinic. I have brought 2 of my neighbours (they don't drive) with their pets and was amazed to watch his "old fashioned vet" treatment without the price gouge. I had to bring in our pet rat last week who was beyond any help. Dr. Raina was professional, kind and understanding. I admit I did call around for a price and the other vets wanted to charge an examination fee on top of the euthanizing service fee??? It just infuriates me to remember how I and other grieving people get taken advantage of. Not at this clinic! Also, very clean and noticed vet has other specialized degrees on wall. Good to know.
