Four Bell has been managing my properties for over a year now, and they are very prompt to respond to any questions or issues that arise. They are also available on the weekend which works great with my schedule. I’m currently working with them to buy my next rental. Highly recommended!

Four Bell Properties is a company you DO NOT Want to do business with. After being drug along for over a month by this company while working out a rental agreement, we were told over the phone that we would be denied based on the fact that we would not provide them with our social insurance numbers. After being lead to believe that they would reconsider as we had identity theft issues in the past we were denied 3 days later. We called and emailed Jason Bell and his company to ask why we had been denied and he told us he would get back to us and never did. We lost a property over private information that should not be given out. The government of Canada states that Social Insurance Numbers are NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM legally required by a rental company to do background checks. They also state that you SHOULD NOT Give out this private information when not legally required. These people are scammers and run a shady company. Don't give into their private information demands
