Thrifty car rental

I reserved a car online and when I went into this location to pick it up I was greeted with horrible customer service by the manager. He was ignorant, rude, and obnoxious. There was some sort of miscommunication with the site and his own franchised location and instead of explaining it with respect for me, the customer, I was barked as though it was my fault the site had linked him to my corporate discount. I had to call and ask for upper management from the corporation to learn of these different rules and regulations he had to abide by. Overall I would not recommend this LOCATION to anyone. Such a simple problem could have easily been solved but instead I wasted my gas and time.
