Does food taste better when eaten from hand-made dishes? My customers think so! Dramatic use of colour adds a touch of fun to the functionality and durability of my work. Bake in it, serve from it, and clean it in the dishwasher. Functional? Durable? Restaurant Ei8hteen, located in Ottawa's Byward Market has used my dishes commercially since 2007, and the plates still look like new.
