Transcona Dental Centre

Born and raised in Winnipeg , Dr. Rubin completed his undergraduate education at the University of Manitoba and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in 1990 with the University Gold Medal. Dr. Rubin was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Dentistry (Bsc.Dent) for his research into pediatric dental treatment on remote reserves in Manitoba. His research was published by the Journal of Dental Research, International Association of Dental Research, and Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology. He was also nominated for and accepted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, an international dental honour society. Dr. Rubin has practiced his entire career in Winnipeg and has been at the Transcona Dental Centre since 1994. He is a member of the Winnipeg Dental Society, Manitoba Dental Association, and Canadian Dental Association. He served on the Ethics Committee of the MDA from 1997-2006.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Ken graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1990. Dr. Strong has been practicing family dentistry for over 20 years with a special interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Strong has been involved in continuing education programs focusing on all areas of dentistry, and in 2010 received his soft tissue laser certification. Dr. Strong is a current member of the Winnipeg Dental Society, the Manitoba Dental Association, and the Canadian Dental Association.
