Moving is always a stressful situation but Karen was so very kind and helpful that she made my experience easy and stressless. Thank you for all your help.
Absolutely the worst storage experience of my life. Mice, ignorant workers, people living in their RV's, people living in Storage Lockers. What an absolute dump. The storage container next to mine had someone living in it, looked in my unit while I was there, made me uncomfortable, so I loaded up my expensive stuff and left the bulk of everything else.
Great Staff decent Pricing and easy access. Only drawback are the hours 7-11. So have to schedule ins and outs . Great Job Sentinel.

I have been using this facility over the past few months to store my boat and trucks. Have found the management to be kind courteous and helpful. The cost is reasonable and easy to set up payments. Great Job Sentinel
Rude customer service over the phone, from the same lady named Karen, Always sounded negative, when spoken to her?Moved to another storage place? When we paid up on time, just needed a place store our stuff. No need for negative attitude, or yell on phone?
We had a great experience at SelfStorAll Kamloops. This place is very clean and the paves driveways helped reduce dust inside our unit. Our locker seems secure and we can see that they have plenty of CCTV cameras. The manager is very friendly
Had a unit here for over 3 years. My storage space is extremely dusty. It would have been nice if they warned me about that. Everything inside has a thick coating of dust on it. I've had other outside units that were not nearly this bad. I also think the price is kind of high. I wouldn't rent here again and wouldn't recommend it.
