Had a great experience buying a car from SAG. I picked a used Mercedes that I was happy with but they weren't! I would have taken it as is but they found a subtle noise from the tranny and initiated costly repairs before they would give it to me. They were knowledgable and honest and even came to my house to give me a boost when i drained the battery. I will probably get my wife's car upgraded there soon.

Bought a Mazda Tribute so disappointed with the vehicle, paying double the amount for a vehicle having continuous issues. Very disappointed.

Good Morning All,

I live in Ottawa, Ontario and found SAG Ajax online through AutoTrader. I had been searching for months to find an honest and clean Durango to accompany my current Durango R/T.

How pleased I was to discover a reasonably priced 1998 Durango SLT 4X4 in Flame Red over Agate Grey Cloth with the 8 passenger seating package and a silky 5.2L V8 offered turnkey certified and emissions tested.

Everything promised was complete and ready with my new plates already affixed awaiting my arrival. The four hour drive home flew by as I cruised in what feels tight and solid like a new truck.

I was certainly looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack as most first generation Dodge Durangos tend to disintegrate around the wheel openings and rockers if not regularly Krowned, due to silly fender and rear quarter flares as well as nasty molded running boards...not to mention the religious or ' holey ' liftgates.

SAG obviously realizes that there is an ass for every saddle, as their interesting and diverse inventory definitely exhibits. My sweet 1998 Durango spent the vast majority of it's life in BC and wears all of it's original paint with a body and undercarriage worthy of a 9/10 score!

Thank you very much to the entire team at Supreme Auto Group, with special recognition of Charlie the President...Delia the Business Manager and my extremely lovely Sales Representative...and my new Best Friend Conway whom I feel like I have known my whole life!

my car broke down and I needed a car ASAP. I was literally looking for almost two weeks , but I couldn't find anywhere that had what I wanted and a place that wasn't so pushy . Everywhere I went didn't care about what I wanted . I finally came across supreme auto group from a family friend who recommended me to them . As I walked in to the showroom I was greeted by everyone . They asked me if I needed help that I could ask them. They didn't have the exact car I wanted but I was willing to change my mind if the car was right . They even offered to spend time and find me a car and bring it in for me ! Since I needed the car as soon as possible I decided to walk the lot and I ended up finding this black 2011 KIA Forte ! Took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it . Had to do some financing but didn't take long at all ! I was able to get the car within three days . My car personally has had no issues and I continue to take my car to them for servicing . I recommend them to everyone I know and they to have had a good experience there . They are a family run business and actually care about how much money you have and what you need . They don't over charge and I found them to be quite fair in regards to meeting my needs .

I was in the market for a good used car. I started looking around locally for used cars in my area. While shopping around, I encountered some odd car sales men selling very questionable cars out of lots with run down trailers as offices. I decided to broaden my search and tap into auto trader. Shortly after I came across the car I was looking for at Supreme Auto Group. They had a nice building and solid operation from pictures on their website and a quick call I made to get more info about the vehicle. I also never once felt pressured.
I found one of my three choices in their inventory. I lived an hour and a half away so I wanted more info. I asked the sales representative if they could send more pictures. They were very helpful and prompt. I decided to leave a conditional deposit on the car after we agreed on a price. That weekend I packed up the family and took a trip out to Ajax. When I got there, I was very impressed with the car and friendly sales staff. It was exactly how the sales rep described it. They had the car already safetied e-tested and detailed. I firmed up all the paper work and my car was licensed and plated ready to drive off the lot in about an hour. We were able to get back home before the traffic hit and had a great holiday with our new wheels.
I read reviews on this company and always read reviews before I make any large purchases. I feel very confidant giving my experience. I also did not receive a free oil change to write the review. I also couldn't use it because I'm so far. I will defiantly give this used car dealer another shot at my business when we are ready for a new family van. Thank you for the solid service!!! I was in the market to upgrade my car and had been to many used car dealers with no luck before I stopped in too Supreme Auto Group. I happened to speak with the sales Manager Aaron who was extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of different options. He spent time helping me figure out what a good payment for me would be based on my life goals not just my vehicle goals which no other dealership did, I stayed under budget and am so happy with my SUV which is super cute and drives amazing. A few days ago which is about a month after my purchase on my way too work I drove over something and got a flat, no one could help at the time so I called the dealership. They had a tow truck to me within minutes fixed my tire and I was at work within the hour!! Exceptional Customer Service!! I won't go anywhere else.

The car we purchased has done us well. It's been a few weeks since we purchased our vehicle and no issues! (knock on wood).

Love the staff. Great atmosphere.

We were initially worried at the prospect of jumping through hoops to find a decent dealer that would not leave us with a sense of being ripped off.

Luckily a family relative recommended we try Supreme as they had a great experience.

Glad we took their advice! The place is a breath of fresh air from all the regular dealers out there. Their customer service, service staff, sales expertise was beyond our expectations.

Their Sunday guy Jacob ended up getting us into our 2012 Ford Edge. We love it!

Thanks guys!

I was searching on auto trader for a used BMW 550I and I can across one at Supreme Auto Group, I'm not going to lie after reading a few reviews that were negative I was a bit unsure at first if I should visit. I'm very happy I did, when I got there the vehicle was how it was advertised, there was a small scratch on the front bumper and I was told that they would be able to repair it, and they did. I was told that if I wrote a review wether good or bad as long as it was honest that I would benefit from a free oil change, I live 2 hours away so I won't be taking them up on that but me and my family love our car and would recommend the staff at SAG to any of our friends and family. They are tuff negotiaters but if you do your research you will see that the prices they have listed are very fair. I will be back in September for my daughters car!!! Thanks guys Charlie, Conway and Victor were great!!!

Stay away from this place! I have 4 children and NEED a vehicle that seats all of them safely, most of the options I was given were 5 seaters. I asked where I was supposed to fit my fourth child. I was told to live within my means and it was better then nothing. I have been waiting over a month too get my deposit back I was told it was there waiting for me then just received an email saying they were going to do up a cheque. I asked if I was speaking with the manager the man hesitated and eventually replied um yes. I was also told to get my mother to co sign for me and I am sure she would have had she not died 5 years ago.I could go on and on they were so horrible.

There is no way that this is the same place, this user seems like someone trying to give a company a bad reputation. I would recommend SAG to any of my family and friends.

This is not the place for you. The female sales person was nice. But that is about it. I am honestly amazed the vehicle i bought passed inspection. They charged me for a fuel fee of 35 dollars to fill gas. The car was on empty when i drove it off lot. Told me they would fix trunk. Nope. They are charming people but unsatisfied with their product.

I live in Woodbridge and I saw a 2011 ML 350 that Supreme Auto Group had listed on line. At first glance I was a bit sceptical because the list price was $2300 leSS then the equivalent vehicle, Aug Mercedes Benz Dealer had in my area. I called SAG and was greatedited on the phone by a very helpful receptionist who transfered me through tour sales. The one slight fault was it did take about 2 minutes of hold time prior to getting a sales rep. When I did get a rep I was very happy with how I was dealt with. The vehicle had a very minor $3500 accident claim on the history which I was told about prior to making my trip down, as a $3500 claim on this car was more then likely just a headlight and bumper. From this point they gainedyou trust, many dealers would have made me take the drive from Woodbridge then told me about the claim. Well when I went to see the vehicle and met my sales rep I was extremely happy, the vehicle had a few minor flaws however it's used and 3 of the flaws I was told about prior to making my trip and the others were very minor and not even worth speaking of. I would recommend any of my family or friends looking for a pretty owed vehicle to SAG and anyone who is considering buying a used vehicle and reading this review, I hope you give them a chance. Keep up the good work guys and I will be back in the Spring for a car for my Daughter.

I am not writing this for a free oil change. I found this place on line while looking for a vehicle. I was looking for a 4x4, that was a must. The reason I chose this place is because when I called to tell them what I was looking for, they were very polite and sufficient. I delt with Shannon whom is a very pleasant young lady. She called me back to let me know there was a vehicle I may be interested in. Told me to have a look at it on there Web page. After looking at it and viewing the mileage, I decided to go there and check it out. My dad, who is a older but wise gentleman came to assistme for a test drive etc..We took it for a drive and decided to purchase it. One of my issues at the time was the engine light was on, so Shannon said "she would make sure that was taken care of upon the pick up of vehicle." I also noticed and mentioned that the amount of kilometres on the vehicle were off by a few thousand from what was advertised. During the time of them certifying it, I recived a call stating that the tires would have to be replaced, I was asked if ide like to purchase new tires or have them put on a pair of used tires they had there. I said " I would go with the used tires." At the time of picking up the vehicle and signing paper work, I was asked if I wanted to purchase the warranty. I could not afford it as I did not have the extra funds, the vehicle was already approximately $6000.I was also informed that I had 36 days from the day of purchase to bring it back if anything serious went wrong or any safety issues. While checking out the vehicle befor leaving the premises, Shannon had kept her word as the engine light was off however; I noticed the tires were the same. I was told they passed the safety. This was disappointing to me as I felt they could have atleast put some tires with a bit more time on them on it after spending that amount of money. I was told that I could get tires through them anytime at a better deal, but again I didn't have that kind of money or clearly I would have purchased the warranty. I took it to a tire place and spoke with a manager who told me "it must have just passed." On the way home, the engine light came back on, and the next day I noticed a leak on my driveway, I called them and informed them of what was happening, I brought the vehicle back. I was told that the leak was powerstearing overfill from when they topped up fluids and engine light was due to gas cap. The leak continued, and within a short period of time, I notice a noise that wasn't right. I called again, and was told to bring my complaints to the service desk, and therefor I did so. While putting gas in I noticed the gas cap was broken also, I was told to just go by one. You'de think after that amount of money spent, they could atleast put a gas cap on that functioned properly.I took it back again with a booked appointment but upon arrival was told the man was not in and to come back. So I returned a week or so later. We went for a test drive and was pretty much told it was probably nothing, perhaps still the power steering. I will say, they are very smooth talkers with a proper manerisum. I also discussed deals on tires and mentioned that the gear shift was not right as you have to fiddle with it to put it in gear and it would not go into first gear, I was told that "if I decided to do the tires they would readjust it then.I wasn't to happy with the cost of tires. The leak continued on my driveway in the same spot.Recently my vehicle broke down and taken to a shop where I was informed that my transmission was toast, my bearings were gone, my ball joints, map sensor and control arm. my vehicle was towed to Mr. transmission in Pickering where I was also informed my tranny lines to rad were also gone. Not to mention apparently my 4X4 does not work. So needless to say after spending $6000. On this vehicle, it is now costing me almost half the amount of the purchase of my lovely lemon. I'm very fortunate that I have family that is helping me with this. Not everyone has this privilege. I did call Sag (Supreme AUTO GROUP) to inform them about my situation, and was told I didn't get the warranty but if I got them a tranny and brought it to them they'd give me a good deal. he also informed me he bought a vehicle next door, and couldn't make it to the falls even. Is that supposed to make me feel better, I had to wonder why he didn't purchase one from his lot.Ya sure, I will just go buy a tranny cause I'm Ritch, throw it over my shoulder and bring it to them, cause they want me happy and will work with me! How very kind and considerate they are, NOT!!! In my opinion it was never the powerstearing fluid, and the noise I heard was not power steering, it was the bearings, not to mention the rest of the stuff! I lost my trust with this place, and am very disappointed and that is an understatement. The 2007 Chevy trailblazer I purchased was a big time lemon. What a terrible experience. All I can say is if you purchase a vehicle there make sure you have it checked buy your mechanic, and if you can afford it, buy the warranty, cause clearly you will need it! I do plan on making calls in regards to this situation. It maybe just bad luck, but for all these things to be wrong with it in such a short time, not a coincidence in my opinion.

First off, I'm not writing this review for a so called free oil change mentioned in another review on googles search engine since I live 2 hours away from the dealer. It was never offered to me, but I had to travel quite a distance to check out a vehicle I was interested in. Jacob was my first contact and he was very helpful with sending more detailed pictures, even the under carriage to me via email before I made the trip at day later. Took the SUV out and noticed right away something wasn't right, I figured it was the suspension being shot. Sure enough, it was the front struts. Well, they offered to fix it while I waited to try for another test drive. Took it back out and it was better, but still seemed like something was amiss with the suspension. I decided to sign a conditional sale with further work on the suspension as I still liked the SUV. 2 weeks later and it was ready (including the suspension work), however when I took my test drive before moving on with the sale I noticed one important thing wasn't done (one star taken away for that). Actually I noticed a couple of small things that weren't completed, but I waived them as I knew what was already spent to get the SUV in the shape I wanted without cost to me and I can deal with them myself. The important item on my list that was missed was looked after before I drove off home. I'm sure they hate me for that (I won't say how much they probably had to spend to meet my conditions), but business is business.
The point I'm getting at is that it's one of the few dealerships I have dealt with that work hard to meet your needs. Mistakes will be made and all dealers do make mistakes, but as long as they are willing to correct it, that makes me happy camper. Would I go back? I would definitely if they had what I was looking for.
As for those who mention about spending more money after purchasing a used vehicle there, that's exactly what it is, used. Things will go unexpectedly wrong from time to time. If you aren't a mechanic, bring one with you (they even suggest it) to help you make wiser decisions, but even that still doesn't guarantee a perfect vehicle. Even new cars have faults, but at least there is a warranty, that is the only difference if you don't invest in a warranty with a used vehicle. You are taking the risk if you are not well informed. Do research on the net for the vehicle you want and be prepared for the reported faults with it. All vehicles have them.
My experience so far owning mine a few weeks later is I too had to put some money into it as it had a bad oil pressure sensor that is labor intensive to replace and was costly. Do I fault them? No, it was only discovered after pulling a travel trailer., They wouldn't know, and neither did I find it during my test drive and examination (if I had only hauled something behind it). Besides that, I'm happy with my purchase.
Thanks go to Charlie (owner), Gillian, and Jacob, and the funny mechanic (damn I forgot his name again, but I remember the ginger orange drink! lol) who made my experience a memorable and interesting one.

I went to this dealership because of the (supposed) good reviews it had. I bought a car here with Damion and it was a nightmare! SAG gives you a free oil change if you give a good review online so the reviews are not necessarily dependable!!!! please read the other reviews about their bad experiences.

I purchased my 2002 (it absolutely had to be black) Chevy Impala in August an I am incredibly happy with it. I just love this car. The staff were so patient with me and answered my numerous questions. I speak very highly of the Supreme Auto Group to everyone who asks about my car. I am proud to tell them about the amazing deal I received an the outstanding customer service. The S.A.G. rocks.

My experience with Supreme Auto Group has been very satisfying indeed. Since I traveled 2 1/2 hours one way, more than once to view and test drive some vehicles
I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Shannon, Delia and Gillian made the purchase very pleasant indeed. All the people there went out of their way to help us with the purchase. I actually went looking for a smart car and while I was waiting in between cars I noticed a 2006 PT convertible which I knew my wife would fall in love with so we
ended up buying my wife a 2006 PT convertible something she really loves. They're a family business and very friendly to deal with. If I'm ever looking for another used vehicle I'll check Supreme Auto Group out first. Keep up the good work guys.

What a great experience purchasing a car at Supreme Auto Group. From the time we walked inside the door we were treated like family. Jacob our sales consultant was honest which is the first quality I like to see when buying a car. When we had a question that Jacob need more information he called his uncle Charlie. Now Uncle Charlie was kind and very informative and he has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this company and I know we will be back. Buying a car can be stressful but these guys really put one at ease. Thank you for a great experience.
