I insured an apartment for a temporary two month stay in Toronto which I prepaid with my visa, Nando was prompt and efficient signed me over the phone within less than 15 minutes. Wow, I thought what a great guy what a great company that's real customer service I thought. If I wanted to continue my insurance, I would have to call him before the end of two months to extend this insurance. Surprise when Nando and Statefarm started harassing me for additional 2 months of money now submitted to a credit bureau. Nando has since become unavailable despite my numerous calls. I would never recommend Nando or Statefarm to anyone. I recommend consumers to review insurance companies or their Representatives prior to dealing with them. Needless to say I recently insured my automobile with a different company, that,s right Statefarm and Nando, you just lost a good customer.
