Really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
First thing that I was asked was to pay $5.00 dollars tax in an aggressive, demanding voice/tone by a man (probably in his 50s, medium brown skin tone, partially bold). I said the service hasn't even started and that I will pay but at the end of it. But he wouldn't give in, he said "what, you don't believe me?" which was funny because he was the one who had my car and keys, I couldn't possibly run away! it was more like he didn't trust me!! I continued to refuse and eventually he gave up. But went and told another guy and pointed at me (which is why I knew he was talking about me!) and said that they need to collect the five dollars from me. Later when I was getting the detailing done, the staff he told to collect the five dollars came to the guy who was doing my detailing and right in front of me he said that they need to collect 5 dollars from me - unbelievable & hilarious!!! The guy who was doing the detailing was nice to me and told me to ignore the guy and also advised me to write a review and that it is common that all their customers complain (not surprised at all!). The guys who do the detailing are underpaid and overworked, from my understanding. If you go, please tip them generously but not the guys at the front that collect your money & do the car !! There's just so much more to write about how bad the service is! I was also given a receipt for $40 when it should be $49 plus tax. I also witnessed a really bad argument btw a client adn the staff - her credit/debit wasn't working and the staff said that it was her card that has a problem when in fact it was his machine - both the client and I read the message on the machine!
