Bought a refurbished via Bestbuy from QR computers. Arrived defective. Returned product requesting refund. CNB computers responded. They offered replacement. Confirmed I wanted refund. Waited the 15 days AFTER I had confirmation they had received the defective computer back. Still no refund. Reminded them. They replied it would be expedited. Weeks later no refund. Emailed them a demand for refund. They advised they had sent a replacement. Reminded them they were to send refund not replacement. They said just refuse the replacement when it arrived and that they would refund my original purchase same day. Later received email saying they would send refund once the replacement computer was in their possession despite the fact that I never accepted it and the tracking number showed that. Two months later, still waiting for refund.

Bought a refurbished computer from this company and I wish I didn't. I saw BestBuy's logo and I thought that it must be good and reliable since they are allowing them to use it. First day I started it, it was was noisy and it stayed noisy the whole time and was ready to put up with that. On the fifth week it quit on me. When I tried to phone them there was nobody to talk to. So, I left a message but no one got back to me. I called again and this time I couldn't even leave a message because the voice mail was full. It was full for the whole week. I emailed them but no answer. Then I contacted BestBuy who contacted them and asked them to get in touch with me. Please imagine the frustration. After 10 days they emailed me to say that they didn't receive any phone call nor any email from me and since it's been 5 weeks since I bought their piece of junk I could not return it. I took that piece of junk to BestBuy and dumped it there because had it not been for their logo I would never have bought it. I lost my money so don't do the same thing.

This company is sucks!!!!! Please don't buy any items from this company. When you buy items online please check the seller. Don't buy any item from this seller or you ended losing your money like me. I bought a refurbished computer online from bestbuy website but didn't realized that it was not from bestbuy, its from this company. I sent few message to them coz I want to cancel my order but their info site is not working. They want me to return the computer with my own expenses. I spent $80 to ship back the computer. I loose money a lot. THIS COMPANY IS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a refurbished computer thru Staples online. Ordered HP 8000 Elite Tower w/Windows 10 Pro, 8 Gb DDR3 RAM, 1 Tb HDD actually received HP 8000 Tower w/Windows 10 Home w/Windows 10 Pro key, 4 Gb RAM, 230 Gb HDD(probably 250 GB). Spent 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft Tech. trying to get the OS working and found out the computer had none of the components advertised. CNB are suppliers to Staples. Contacted CNB and Staples to get the proper computer that I paid for. So far nothing yet. Staples stated they could order a replacement but that it would take another 10 days or more to receive. Absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience as I asked for expedited delivery of the replacement, answer "No". Based on this experience I have no confidence I would receive the proper computer the 2nd time.
