I will NEVER EVER take my dog back here again. They were rough with her and at one point I was going to stop them and leave. I wish I did as my dog was so stessed and I still am.
I found the premises dirty and they were not professional at all!!!

Donna and son are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! I have taken both of my pets to her salon and many times, I have observed her love and talking to my babies, as if they are children. I highly recommend this salon and I’ll never go anywhere else .... Donna’s extensive knowledge and educating me with tips and any concerns, has inspired me to acknowledge that she knows what’s best!! Donna and her son were fantastic with our Border Collie and our Bloodhound. Our hound is not very much fun when she goes to the vet or groomer, yet Donna was great with her, she even managed to clip her nails which no one ever manages. Calm and soothing, with a no nonsense demeanour, we really appreciated her patience and understanding towards are our very difficult hound. I highly recommend Donna mad her son. We will be back.

Donna has groomed both my persian and my labradoodle and wolfhound mix and she has always done a great job. yes she is a rough diamond but she is good at what she does.

I will not bring my dog back to this groomer. The grooming job was adequate. When arriving I could here the owner Donna yelling "bad dog " at the dog she was currently grooming, and that dog seemed like it was doing fine.her tune changed when we walked through the door. I found her and her helper to be less than patient an more than a little rough with the dogs. I saw two dogs as well as my own getting groomed. I do my recommend her services and will pay a lot more to a different groomer. I was glad that I opted to stay will she worked.
