JAMES OLBERG: EXECUTIVE CHEF Born in Kitchener, Ontario, James Olberg’s culinary talent has taken him across Canada and around the world. Trained under world-renowned chef John Higgins, James has held Executive Chef positions at Queen's Landing in Niagara-on-the-Lake and at Vancouver's Glowball Grill & Satay Bar, and has earned four silver medals as a member of Culinary Team Canada.
