We recently worked with Heather Kells to assist us with our new kitchen. She was professional attentive and great to work with. She provided different options for us to consider. The kitchen was delivered when promised. Graham and Brian installed the kitchen and took great pride in their work to ensure a quality job was completed.
I would highly recommend Premier Kitchens as a supplier.

My wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen. Dean knows how to keep his customers happy. Dean listened to us and came up with the perfect design. We were impressed that the installation commenced when promised and Dean was able to coordinate with another company doing the floors. The installation took less time than I expected after listening to the stories of woe from friends who did not use Premier Kitchens. The installers were pleasant and professional. They treated our home with respect and the installation with great care. On completion they made fine adjustments to ensure that every drawer and cupboard lined up perfectly. There was a pride in workmanship that is rarely experienced today. I would have no reservations recommending Aya Collingood (Premier Kitchens) to my closest friend.

Installation of our new kitchen just completed and we are thrilled with the result. Heather was excellent to work with from the initial contact to completion. Her projected dates for each phase were right on or earlier than expected. The installers were excellent and very responsive to questions or concerns. Prices very competitive. We would recommend Premier Kitchens.

We have launched a complaint with the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency. We are not happy with the installation or the fact that the owner refused to come to the job site or remedy the situation as per his contract. I will NEVER deal with company again. Very poor business practices. Pictures of some of the issues are included.

My wife and I want to express to you and your staff how pleased we are with our recent kitchen remodel by Premier Kitchens in Collingwood. From the onset up to completion your staff being Heather, John, John B, Doug and Tony listened to our needs.

Heather was instrumental in helping us choose the perfect kitchen guiding our design choices, explaining to us all the various detail upgrades available, while performing precise measurements for our kitchen purchase. John B delivered our cabinets being ever so cautious during unloading, ensuring they arrived in place without damages.

Tony the electrician completed all the electrical requirements for our new kitchen with the highest standards of professionalism. His attention to detail ensured comfort, knowing that safety was paramount

when dealing with electrical.

John the installer of our beautiful kitchen was absolutely amazing. His philosophy was everything is possible even if it takes more time. His skill was so masterful that he found ideal solutions in solving

details relating to the floor cabinets, on an existing wood floor that needed adjustment. We could always count on John to be timely on the job and displaying an exceptional level of professionalism.

Lastly Doug, installed the plumbing, light fixtures and finished off the fine details ensuring great attention to quality assurance. A very impressive process from start to finish that produced a kitchen that we will enjoy for many years.

All that said, the Premier Kitchen team from Collingwood met our goal of having our new kitchen by the start of spring. The service and warranty after installation regarding the fine details will no doubt be superb. We would highly recommend the professional staff of Premier Kitchens in Collingwood to anyone, they installed our dream kitchen.
