I have discussed my two year experience with DR. BROWN with everyone who have ever listened to me. I am living proof that his program works. This doctor was the one who actually saved my life in many different ways. Without him I would probably have been dead today. This is not a SCAM - this is real and if you follow his advice it works. With my inflammation level at 10 - I was a heart attack waiting to happen or a stroke which could not have been avoided. After he received my blood results and he read it to be, I actually left his office shaking. The only thing I can remember he told me was - we can fix it. As a human, I followed his advice but faltered a few times which he and his staff helped to put me back on track. After 6 months with Dr. Brown I started seeing results and my friends started to compliment me on my weight. Dr. Brown helped me walk this healthy path in my life and I am very Thankful to him today. He brought lots of health awareness to me which I have shared with a lot of my family members and friends. I have referred lots of my friends and family members to him and they too have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Brown and his program. For anyone who is in doubt, I ask that you follow his advice for three months and you will witness the change in your life - THIS DOCTOR IS AWESOME

Thank You Dr. Brown.

I have been a patient of Dr Brown since Aug 2015. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of health. His program is not only based on weight loss, as he also helps you maintain your overall health. Your hormones, cardio, allergies, are few examples. He litterly takes a blu print of your health via bloodwork, cardio, and any tests that he feels is beneficial to determine the state of your health. Dr Brown and his amazing staff are always willing to assist you with any difficulty you may encounter while trying to follow the program as each individual is unique.I encourage everyone to try this program as it's totally worth the effort.
I was reading the previous post in regards to the individual who complained about their experience. The staff's action were very appropriate considering the safety of the patients in the office, as well as the staff own safety.
My own experience with the staff has proven that they are very courteous and have respect for any individual. Rules need to be followed and verbal abuse should not be tolerated regardless of any situation, the staff handled the situation perfectly.
I end this post by saying ...everyone who wants to have a positive change in their overall health...Dr Brown and his awesome staff can help you achieve your goal... I'm very happy with the results I have achieved following Dr Brown advice .

He amazing. It's not a scam. That's just ridiculous.I have hypothyroidism hashimotos. In 12 years of having hashimotos he's the only doctor that found it. He's amazing, I feel like a different person. No brain fog, a lot more enegery and not depressed. The people with the one star review have no self discipline on getting healthy and getting to the root of the problem. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Jeffrey Brown. It's hard to find a amazing doctor like him. Ive lost 20 pounds also and counting. I haven't looked like this and felt like this in years. Thank you so much Dr. Jeffrey Brown Menh . V

Years ago I went to Dr Brown . I was only 30 lbs overweight but it's was just before he specialized in weightloss . This didn't t require a referral or money to enter programme . If you speak with others you ll see that your vitamins don t differ . Basically it's a multivitamin ,potassium ,an omega 3 vitamin, b 50 , cromumin, calcium. I know there was 2 more vitamins but have forgotten what they were .
I lost 5 lbs a week when I cheated ....7 when I stopped cheating lol .
Yes he was tough ,very tough ! But he was right when he scolded me . I had to change the way I saw eating and food . He taught me a lot about minimizing my cheat instead of "screwing the pooch "when I did .
When I went to mcdonalds and got a burger Dr Brown asked if i atleast took it off the bun ?I said 'no I thought if I was screwing up I might at well really screw up '
He said 'that's the problem ! If you re not serious about this then don t waste my time "
Harsh ? Not to my standards but totally real and forward .
He doesn t cut out all your foods out and you aren't t hungry . He cuts out all sugars from your diet however . I am not a person to crave sweets but oh I craved intense for cookies chocolate.
This is not a diet it's an overhaul to your think inking and a lifestyle change . So you have to be serious for change and wanting to never gain the weight back .
I m just glad I remember everything he told me to begin my own treatment on my own .
Yes you can do this once you have the diet on your own . Trust me it's not individualized.

I went to the clinic on the 2nd of December 2016 without no idea of how the program works, the lady at the front desk said I have to pay before seeing doctor brown or talking to anyone regarding how the diet works, I was very skeptical about paying so SHE TOLD ME I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK ONCE I START THE DIET AND DONT LIKE IT!!! then encouraged me to pay for the promo which is paying for 2 months and getting 3rd month free, which I did.........that very same day I was given some multivitamin pills and sent to go blood works and asked to come back in two weeks to start the diet and take part in the orientation section.............fast-forward to12th of dec 2016, the day I was supposed to start the diet and have a group orientation, NOBODY showed up for the orientation except for me, so they sent me to see a nurse who gave me a list of food I can not eat, which is basically even food on earth and sent me off with doctor brown arrogantly telling me I will lose 10lbs weekly by starving myself to death, I actually tried it for few days until my health started declining so I decided it wasn't for me and I went to get my refund on the 3rd day of starting the diet, then the girl at the front desk said she couldn't process the refund and asked me to come back on the 9th of January 2017 because dr Brown's wife had gone on vacation and she handles the refund and then she assured me I will be getting my full refund on the 9th when I come back. I went back on the 9th of January 2017 only for doctor brown's wife to tell me its against company's policy to give refunds, discredited the fact that I was VERBALLY TOLD I COULD GET MY FULL MONEY BACK, she refused the question the girl at the front desk or let her talk!!! when i went to speak to dr brown he said he will have me arrested for trespassing if I ever come into is office again....... when I started speaking to other clients regarding the situation, dr brown's wife called the police on me...... when the police came they advised me to deal with them through my lawyers . dr brown callously ignored me and spoke to me so rudely, you could tell they a bogus organization from the looks of the girls at the front desk and the police were not too surprised when the heard my story.

I have been seeing Doctor Brown since July 2016.
I have never felt better. Doctor Brown is very serious when it comes to making your body work in harmony. There were foods I never knew I had an issue with yet wondered why I was so sluggish or tired after eating them. He is a professional who truly wants you to succeed, and he uses natural means to get you there. Sugar was my biggest enemy and with his help I have been able to conquer this completely. It's not that I don't want it when I see it, it's just that I don't crave it, and I now have the will power to say No.
When he says your body is a puzzle , he is not kidding. It takes time to figure everything out but if your willing to do what he suggests, you will reap the rewards!! I am so impressed with the results!
I highly recommend Doctor Brown and his team, everyone of them as true professionals.
Thank you for everything.

After reading different reviews I will agree that Doctor Brown is very strict this is why the diet works. I went to doctor Brown last year and I have never looked or felt better He addressed issues that I had and got me back on track health wise and weight wise He is extremely knowledgable and I trust him more than any GP who do not believe in vitamins and that the body could heal itself. GP just want to prescribe drugs, Doctor Brown got my father off his high blood pressure pills which he was in for over 20 years. In addition to that his diabetes was completely under control WITHOUT doctor prescribed medication!! GP said he would have to be in his meds all his life .... Not the case! Doctor Brown is not there to cradle feelings he is there to help someone who is serious to make them look and feel great!!!!!!

It has been 2 weeks since I started with Dr Brown's program (got serious 1 wk ago) and already I am down 9.5 lbs. I am really impressed with the way Dr Brown is tackling my health issues which has never been addressed or investigated by any other doctor. I am convince that his program will make me well again to meet the challenges of raising young kids and everyday life. Great team too.

I saw Dr. Brown for approximately six months and finally had to stop, instead I chose to leave with my dignity and sense of self-worth intact. i refused to continue to be mistreated by someone, whom I believe, is a misogynist and egomaniac. I found Dr. Brown to be disrespectful, curt, and condescending. There were numerous occasions where I witnessed his female patients exiting his office in tears. Patients whispered, while lined up outside of his office waiting for five minutes of his time, how horribly he treated them. His own staff made derogatory comments about Dr. Brown, and particularly, how poorly he treated his patients. At least three of his nurses confessed to me what a tyrant he was. My own experiences mirrored what I observed and heard while at his office.

I was not permitted to speak to him unless he asked me. He became angry when I attempted to hand him a piece of paper for which he was searching. He said to me, "When I want your help, I will ask for it! "

When irritated with his patients, it was well known that Jeffrey Brown would slam their medical files shut in the middle of their appointments, stand up, and walk them out to a nurse's office refusing to further deal with them. This Happened to me as well. His nurse apologized when she saw my shocked expression at being treated in such a manner. She said it was a common occurrence with the doctor and she was left to pick up the pieces from his tantrums. This was my last Appointment with Dr. Brown.

No weight-loss program is worth the slow erosion of one's self-esteem at the hands of an angry doctor. Dr. Brown's patients are already vulnerable; they are struggling to lose weight in a slim obsessed society; they are desperate to shed all of those unwanted pounds, so many of them tolerate being treated this way. Yes, he may help them lose some weight, but at what cost?

Dr. Brown pressured myself and friends to write a good review for him. I felt him to be very short with clients, it was not uncommon to see patients leaving his office crying. Yelling could sometimes be heard from his office. My last visit to Brown he told me to just get out of his office, I guess he doesn't need me now he got his great review. Here is my real take on him. Don't pay for the abuse!

The diet/lifestyle requires commitment but it does work. I found not only did I loose weight but my lab results improved. Cholesterol went down, blood pressure improved but mostly my hormone problem with prolactin completely balanced out. Dr. Brown can seem like a bear but his program and advice is effective. If you do follow his guidance you will loose the weight - I believe if you are not committed then you can't blame the doctor. I like having the growly bear because it keeps me on track.

I walked in a year ago and was in desperate need of help. My overall health was suffering, diabetes, fatigue, and couldn't lose a pound. I tried other weight loss programs, you name it, I tried it, but none of them worked for me. My daughter suggested I try Dr Brown and explained he's a no nonsense type of person. That didn't bother me. I needed the help and the honesty. I needed someone to look at my overall health in conjunction with the much needed weight loss.
A year later..I'm down 50 pounds and off my insulin, oral diabetic meds and high blood pressure meds. Instead I'm taking more vitamins and supplements and through diet and careful monitoring I have kept it under control now for 10 months. I refuse to go back to that lifestyle. I want a healthy life and to feel good.
By all means it's not easy. Nothing worth while ever is. Dr. Brown has given me the tools and the motivation is up to me. It's been working and I will continue down this road.
Thank you Dr. Brown for your support and help!

Dr. Brown and his program are great for adults. All those people that have given him a 1 star, either have no self control(which Dr. Brown cannot give you), or they are the kind of people go into something without listening, and then get mad they don't get what they wanted. Dr. Brown is medically supervised weight loss, he specializes in hormonal imbalances, and should be trusted above any regular GP. My wife has thyroid issues due to Hashimotos Disease, and has seen endocrinologists, 2 family doctors, and Dr. Brown. Only Dr. Brown has managed to help her. His system works because he gets you healthy first, and weight loss follows. Personally I've been on his plan for 46 days, and I'm down 25lbs.
The problem people have with Brown is that he is matter of fact, and will call you on your crap. He sees fat people looking to loss weight all day long, and you walk in, having gained weight, without some medical problem to explain it, guess what, you cheated!! If not, you ate to much!! His program has been running for years and has likely seen hundreds of people come through it. Those that follow it, come out healthy and skinny, those that whin and complain that its to restrictive, don't. Personally I think $150.00/month is worth it, to feel good, sleep good, and look good. If you don't think so, go hop across the border and try paying for ALL you medical care, then see if you complain. Yes, the guy is probably rolling in it, and has found a loophole in the system to allow him to charge you. So what? Does it work? Hell yes. And once you get down to your target weight, you don't have to pay that $150.00 and by that time you will have all your food back, You'll just know how to eat better.
Finally, I have to touch on one thing mentioned in some of the other reviews. Supplements and why Brown may tell you your blood level of something is off even though your GP tells you it's fine. First, Brown gives you supplements, and potassium, because in the beginning, he's taken away all the foods you would naturally get that from, and without it, your body will function improperly, and you may end up with cramps, sore muscles and other things. Second, there is a difference between lab normals and functional normals in blood levels. If you don't understand that, google it. You GP just looks at the lab results and goes by their normals chart, Dr. Brown however, is concerned with actual functional normals. For example, a persons TSH level, lab test normals are 0.35 - 5.0, but actual functional/optimum normal range is 1.8 to 3.0. A person could have 4.5 and to a regular GP it would fall well within normal ranges, but really, it's way off proper functional normals.
It's sad that people are like spoiled children now a days.
Dr. Brown knows his crap, and I highly recommend his plan!

Dr. Brown is literally a lifesaver. His program is not just based on losing weight but your overall health. He has looked at how my hormones and food sensitivities affect my well being. I was amazed that after he reviewed my food sensitivity test was reviewed he worked with me to eliminate the foods that caused problems, my rosacea disappeared, my skin improved dramatically and after years of painful gas pains just eliminating certain foods the pains were gone. The bottom line is eating healthy in our current social environment is tough , but Dr. Browns strategies do help immensely. He gives the skills but it is your ultimate responsibility to do the work. Bad eating habits and bad lifestyle habits only result in sickness. He does not accept excuses as was in my case I was making excuse after excuse for poor eating habits. He is supportive and encouraging as is his assistants. They are always upbeat and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Brown and team. I am a true fan.

It is your responsibility to be slim and healthy. Dr. Brown is offering his time and medical advise, how to loose weight and be healthy. He is not the one who is making decisions for you. If you fail, you will be fat and soon will get sick.
In addition to the diet he is watching your health. No one promised that any life changing will be easy. If you expect to loose weight and going back to the same life style (bad food and no exercise) and not gain weight again, you are dreaming.
Good health and good look is a life style you need to maintain all the time.
The responsibility is extended to your children. Teaching your kids how to eat properly will save them from diabetes and other diseases.
Dr. Braun is the BEST you can find. Compare his monthly fees with other weight loss programs. It is nothing.
Thank you doctor Brown! You are the best!

I am a former employee of Dr. Browns, before I left to continue with my education.
I must say that Dr. Brown was always respectful of patients. He was firm but supportive. He was able to set limits with patients in a kind way. He NEVER yelled at patients. I have to say that many patients who do claim he yelled are those patients who often refused to take responsibility for not following the diet. Dr. Brown would often ask me to spend extra time with patients to review how not following the program causes weight gain. This was often very frustrating for those patients in denial or not willing to take responsibility for themselves. I have always respected Dr. Brown knowledge and I learned a great deal from him . In fact my professor is impressed with the knowledge base I have thanks to Dr. Brown. All the staff felt frustration that no matter how we tried to help, some patients would undermine their own success with denial. We all understand the psychology of the overweight patient but we cannot help a patient that doesn't allow us to help.

I absolutely don’t recommend Dr. Brown. I referred to him for losing weight and his recommendation was not useful for losing weight and it was good only for losing money and wasting time and energy.
First, the patients have to pay for 3-month visit; otherwise they can’t see the doctor at all. This is very unprofessional manner. Second, It seems that he doesn’t have enough medical knowledge. For instance, he told me that I have anemia and I have the risk of diabetes. I was really worried and I referred to my family doctor and my doctor told me that your lab results are normal and you are fine. Also, he spends 2 or 3 minutes with patients and he doesn’t address their questions or concerns and instead he recommends patients to talk to the secretory! He forced patients to buy the supplement that he recommends and should pay 150$ for each bottle. And if patients can’t continue their diet for some reason, they have to buy the supplements again for the new round of diet program even if they have from the previous program. And he asks patient to pay 90$ for cholesterol test which is the specific test that should be done in USA!!! Do we really live in developed country that doesn’t have this test. I showed my cholesterol results to my doctor and the test was the routine cholesterol tests that they do it in Canada. If you have headache or be hungry, he just recommend to buy more suppliments and pay 50-60$ more. I think doctor Brown has his business trading not the medical office. His behavior is unprofessional and kind of negligence and he mislead patients, which these are not doctors characters.

Dr. Jeffrey Brown is not only a great doctor but he provides an amazing health plan that is suitable for your body. Not only did i lose 20lbs, but i also improved my health a lot. Dr. Brown was able to diagnose and treat my illnesses, even though other doctors couldn't. He made a good vegetarian plan that helped me lose weight and increase my health. I recommend Dr. Jeffrey Brown to anyone that is looking to lose weight and improve their health.

It is worth the money if your willing to put in the effort, but you need to be creative. The diet is restrictive initially and you need to come up with food choices that are palatable, and follows the rules--they do not really help with this so you're on your own.

You spend a lot of time sitting in their sterile office waiting room to either get weighed in, see the nutritional counsellors or the doctor, and this is very tedious. It would be nice if there was pamphlets or other stuff like food samples in the wait room, or before and after pics instead of picaso pics.

I did Dr. Browns program 3 years ago. I lost @80pds. Dr. Brown and his team are strict and to the point.Initally I was offended but when I saw the plan working and realised the I was losing weight and sticking to a plan like I have never ever before done. I understood the philosphy. He is treating food addicts. I found the progaram to be forward thinking because now all plans are similar to what Dr. Brown was doing.

I was a patient for Dr. Brown for 2 ½ months. During this period Dr. Brown did not care to make time for me during my early visits and paid most of his attention to his nurses. Every time I went in for a weigh-in which I was very strict about – Dr. Brown was extremely negative and blamed me for not losing weight. He would accuse me as a “cheater” which I thought was extremely rude and inappropriate for a doctor who I paid a lot of money too. During my final visit I had made my decision from the past month that I would not be returning. When I notified Dr. Brown about that he was extremely rude, and would not provide me with additional info to a simple question – when I had asked him what I should now add to my diet – he told me this was for my “OWN SAFETY”. Which I don’t understand what that’s supposed to mean. After visiting my family doctor – he was extremely upset knowing that Dr.Brown had given me potassium pills knowing that my blood levels were fine. I felt that my diet consisted of eating salad every day which was absolutely ridiculous as I felt that I was almost starving myself. Dr. Brown lack encouragement, motivation and most importantly respect. He does not know how to treat his patients who pay a lot of money for his service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Dr. Brown is authentic, strict and to the point.
His diet was so helpful and life changing I will never forget it.
Look at it as if he is handing out life jackets, either you put it on or you don't. The diet may not be for everyone, but if you need help getting your health in check and your weight off and stable he is the guy to do it.
He is down the hall from synga, try them out for a ride! spinning will help with weight loss as well.
Get Healthy!
