This storage facility is the best of the best for customer service. I have used many storage facilities in my time and I was just a number at all of the others. Recently our neighbours house caught fire and our unit was damaged. We informed outer space of our situation and that we would need another unit for an undetermined length of time. They quickly gave us a unit to get the belongings we could salvage into at NO COST for a 2 month period. Hands down, Outer Space Storage has taken very good care of us and been extremely accommodating. Thanks Outer Space. You’re the best!

Nice and safe storage facility in town. The prices are reasonable, with 24-hour access and multiple payment methods available. The units are clean and well-maintained, and the young guy is helpful throughout the process. They also have a clear move-out policy, which made everything easy. Highly recommended if you need extra space outside your home!

You pay for what you get. Take the time to pay a little extra for storage somewhere else that would actually ensure your items stay safe.
The unit I had rented to store my items, had a leak in the ceiling that they aren't willing to admit or accept responsibility for. All my sentimental items including my mother's vintage fur and leather, as well as her and mine entire vinyl record collection, were sopping wet and moldy. They kept denying it was the unit and it must have been something I did. I don't think I even got an apology. Literally thousands and thousands of dollars worth of stuff went straight to the dump. Wasted money paying for the storage for the past three years (and yes, it was checked periodically to make sure it was safe and intact). The most the one person said was, "well I'm stumped", because they are apparently too goddamn blind to see where the leak was coming from.
I'm standing there bawling at all my moldy items, and they couldn't give a crap. They were more concerned about me making sure the unit was clean when I left rather than compensating me for my items. Like I said, not even an apology.
Please, for the love of everything valuable, DO NOT store your items in this storage facility.

I have ised this facity for all my storage needs on amd off dor 15 years and my family uses them as well on my recommendation

Looked for a while amongst all the other storage units and am happy to say for once that I chose something great. From the very beginning this place was accommodating and a great experience. They have a great facility that is easy to get in and out of and had no issues at all. The people there are always there for you, helpful and caring and willing to keep their customers happy.

A family member needed to store items while downsizing and selling their home. We ended up using this facility for storage for about a year and a half due to health issues slowing down the sales process. The rates were the best in the city and this is the cleanest storage space I've ever seen. I think our storage unit was cleaner than the house we were moving the items from! Very well managed, no security issues, clean and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I just moved my things out of storage after using my bay for over 2 years. The whole experience was great, I especially like how I could access my unit on the ground level and had a buffer corridor between the exterior door, and my overhead door leading into the bay. It kept dust and rain from seeping in. The folks running the office were always super friendly and helpful.

We were having some terrible issues with our home and had to do major Renovations. Outer space storage were so kind and their storage was perfect for us. Well priced, close for us, and no problems with billing or when it was time to close the account. I would definitely recommend them and use them again ( hopefully we don’t need them for that reason any time soon!)

Over he past five years we have rented three different storage lockers from Outer Space and we always found the service to be friendly and helpful, with no unpleasant surprises. The units were clean, the lot cleared of snow in winter and access was never a problem. The yard felt secure as well.
I would not hesitate to use them again should I need to.

It's convenient to access to the facility. Clean and management is very helpful when needed. I would highly recommend to whoever looks for a storage space to rent.

The staff at Outerspace were more than helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I have held 3 contaniers at this location for business and personal belongings. Rates are very fair and opportunity to save with a good relationship is evident. They stress communication for good reason in their industry and always reply with accountability and professionalism. Their security system works well and all belonings in our units have stayed dry and free of damage from fire, theft, vandalism and vermin. Great company to do business with!

from start to finish and every visit i between, these guys were fantastic. i will go there again in the future if i ever need storage. very highly recommended, and the price is fair as well. A++++
