Just had a print quality problem which I addressed with support at Exceltoner. They answered me promptly and took care of solving my issue very quickly and professionally. I am very happy with their life time warranty and I highly recommend their products and their attention to satisfy their customers.
Toner came in a non-factory box. On install got a message that the toner was low on first use. Stay away.
Ordered on March 4th even with a delay due to a storm shutting down highways, I received my order by March 7th I haven’t used the product yet, but wanted to give a review on their great customer service and delivery updates. Looking forward to dealing with this Canadian company!

ExcelToner replaced a defective laser toner cartridge within 2 days at no cost. Excellent company to deal with. I would not purchase my ink supplies anywhere else.
I had a ink cartridge that was leaking and told them and they replaced. With no shipping cost. Didn't take long before I got the replacement cartridge.
On July 29th, I inquired about returning unused cartridges for a printer that had just broken down and received an immediate response. Following their instructions I returned the cartridges and my account was credited by Aug. 5th. I was impressed by their positive response and overall efficiency. Excel toner remains my go to place for cartridges. Thank you.
Like they promised, delivery was 4 days. First class service, unlike their competitor 123Refills, which took 34 days for delivery.

Last Thursday I ordered waste toner bottle on the ExcelToner site, and received it yesterday. I installed the new bottle in my printer quickly and easily, and took the old bottle to a nearby Staples store for recycling. Thanks for everything.

I was shipped, exactly what I ordered, ( and at a Fair Price < ! > ). Even more noteworthy, was when suspected damage was noted upon delivery by CANADA POST, the Customer Service Department of EXCEL TONER promptly attended to all my Concerns.
