Vehicle was still under warranty. Seat belts kept jamming. Blamed it on my kids. Charged to fix faulty equipment. Safety issue not addressed properly Had the seat belts jam up. They fixed them no charge. 2 of the three in back seat went funny and jammed which I've never in my life have happen. Then they went again in about 3 to 6 months. Same problem. Lone star Mercedes blamed us and our kids for them jamming up. I complained and there was never anything done about it. They charged me 1/2 the bill because I complained. I told them I should not have to pay any money because their equipment was faulty or poorly manufactured and that it was their fault the safety seat belts kept going bad. The second time it happened it was all theree seat belts that came to start jamming up. There is no doubt in my mind that seat belts should not fail. We are still worried to this day that the seat belts may fail in an accident. Denver

They charged me over $160 to fix the belts which may still jam up again. This is a safety concern. I've also been told other cars like our b250 Mercedes have had the same issue. Maybe the cars should be recalled for seatbelt issues. Irregardless I should not have to pay for faulty seat belts while the car was still on warranty.
