I have been a Realtor for 13 years. Howard and his team are extremely professional and efficient. I have recommended multiple clients over the past seven years to use this Law Firm's services for Real Estate Sales/Purchases and no client has complained. I thought the previous review was harsh. Howard Nightingale is professional, hard working and knowledgable. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking expert legal advice and guidance.

WEAK representation. The public has the right to raise their opinion and this is mine. I should have known their few reviews should have been a red flag and don't forget lawyers are paid to be manipulative so take their reply if any with a grain of salt as this is the truth. Went through an elder abuse case with my father, Howard looked my father in the eye and said his dad went through same thing, "I'm going to help you." Not only did he not but dragged it out. It could have been resolved very early had they had the experience to see the window of opportunity when the opposing party was closing their property and they were literally handing things over but Howard was afraid to ask for what we needed saying he'd wait until house closed are argue later? Isn't that a way to drag things on? They are afraid to be strong except when asking for more retainer and then after a few email communications promptly said sorry we can't help instead of saying let's pivot and try something else to help you! They literally quit on us by way of email, couldn't even be professional enough to pick up the phone. Then my email was answered by a vacation alert, nice aye? Talk about kick you when you're down. I then communicated directly with the opposing lawyer and had what my father and I needed within a week. Talk about a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.

Extremely knowledgeable, his performance 10/10, pay a good dollar, get a good product. Howard is the best, no question. I'm in the legal system and he deserves the compliment. Further, he is particularly honest and transparent.

My best friend is going through a separation and they advised me they will be using this law firm. Looked pretty good at first however, being of a law background, I must say I'm disappointed that a law firm will allow a client (my friend) to make there "own" law and stand by a client that lies and cheats just to get what they want. I can safely say that we are not best friends anymore because I don't stand by lies and a firm that accepts this is delusional and can't be trusted. Law Society of Ontario will hear about this.

Howard Nightingale and all the staff have been professional and friendly and have always been able to respond to my inquiries.
My experience with Mr. Nightingale and his firm goes back 30+ years and in all that time period, the service and professionalism has remained consistent, that says a lot. I am not a client they need to convince or be extra special with but every time I need legal advise pertaining to family law, real estate or corporate issues, one phone call and I will get a prompt response.

Mr. Nightingale is a lawyer with exceptional knowledge, expertise and integrity in his field of practice. He will be honest and provide you with the correct advice even if that means he gives you advice you do not want to hear. I have had my ego bruised but in the long run, Howard has saved me money and time by giving me advice that has been candid and beneficial to me. He is not a lawyer that will take on any case to increase his clientele and financial gain but a lawyer who truly believes in the case that he undertakes and will use your money to benefit you more than him. His friendly, warm and empathetic demeanor makes you feel comfortable to ask any question that you may have, this is not an experience that I have had with other lawyers. He never makes you feel like the next client is more important than you, time and patience are skills that he executes when speaking to his clients. I have recommended him to my family, friends and acquaintances and in turn I have been thanked for an amazing recommendation.
