Ynv Spa and Tanning

I purchased one of there spa pedis from living social the girl doing my service was very friendly and professional the pedicure was the works included scrub and parafin wax! polish application was done very well. The only thing i found wrong was that she appeared to be the only one on staff that evening and had to get up several times to assist tanning customers that being said she still happened to give a great pedicure !

Purchased a voucher I received online for a manicure and pedicure. All I received was painted fingers and toes something I could have done myself at home. Lady was not friendly at all and was in some kind of rush, in results my nails were not even painted properly.

I had my nails done there last week - phenomenal price, excellent, friendly service!

Called for a appointment for a groupon i had received as a gift the lady who answered the phone was rude, unaccommodating and huffed and puffed when i asked questions making me feel like she was too busy to book my appointment. Very bad way to represent your business YNV!

The staff and YnV salon are very friendly, accommodating and they know what they are doing. I have never had any problems with them and would strongly recommend them to my friends, family and others!
